We love to go to happy hour at this restaurant. We visit at least 2-3 times a month. Great food and the service is outstanding.

The food was awesome..The service was better than anything we could have imagined in the Toledo area. I had the Spedini Misti with a side of Risoto, my wife had the Salmon ravioli.. We shared and couldn't decide which was best since it was all terrific. We shared a bottle of wine, had an appetizer, our entrees, and took a... More

can't say enough about it -- you've got to go! Loved the energy of the place, the iPad menus, eating on the patio, the mango wine and the fantastic food! can't wait to return.

The wine steward was knowledgeable, and helped out a new staff member on selection without being overbearing. Food suggestions were trendy and appreciated

The service at this establishment was fine, however the good was nothing special and some of the staff were unprofessional. We got there before the dinner rush and so asked to sit at a table in he lounge. We were the only couple in there a first. A man, seemingly a manager, stood a talked inappropriately to one of the... I had dinner at Ciao with a friend. On Sunday, I made the Monday night reservation for 7pm and I requested a booth in the bar area. I hadn't eaten there for some time. When we arrived, I was surprised to hear live music coming from the bar. If you're familiar with this restaurant, you know that the bar area... More

Three other couples plus my wife and myself were surprised to find that we had the same reactions. In short, the staff people were excellent, the atmosphere was good; unfortunately, the food does not measure up, as it is only average at best. The same can be said for the appetizers. The happy hour is only slightly less than regular... More

We went for a birthday because they give a discount for the person having the birthday. The food is quite good. Authentic Italian. The surroundings and tables are dated. They seem to be more for the older crowd. Go for the food, not the ambience.
