Old town grill...exactly as you'd expect it to look

Went here after church for breakfast/lunch. It's on old, greasy spoon, grill, with super riendly waitresses and lots of locals. We can sit at a tiny table, an old wooden booth, or stools, right up against the waitress prep area and grill, itself. Two short, order cooks on the line, cranking out... read more

The place is pretty small and tight. However, the food, service and price is great. Breakfast is good and the burgers are good as well.

Quaint restaurant in a nice little town. The Sunbury Grill is on the historic town square. Good breakfast for the money. I recommend the fried cinnamon roll - ummmm!

Had lunch on a Saturday. Grill packed by noon with locals and bicycle riders. Service very good, food plentiful and good. Reason rated down to 4 was the cost. Mushroom burger with fries was $9. Total bill with tax and 15% tip was $21.90, Kind of pricey for a small town grill. I had the club sandwich. It was supposed... More

The portions are very generous. The sausage gravy is excellent. The french toast is excellent. Bacon was done, but not crispy. Very small establishment so there is a small cooking area and that means it takes some time to get the delicious food. This is where the visiting comes in. Worth a trip.

Sunbury Grill is THE fixture in town where the locals meet for breakfast and lunch. On weekends, bicyclists stop in this well-known spot to re-fuel. The menu is standard, homestyle food, breakfast is served all day. Note that they are not open for dinner. There is usually a lunch special.I've seen chipped beeef as a special. Just like home. Try their Ruben sammich it's yummy. Omelets are fluffy and the Boston cream with the key lime pie to die for. I wonder who's the baker? Kudos girls!
