Ordered strip with loaded potato , steak was great , potato was cold mgr replaced than returned asked if ok , I replied very good but not loaded , she acted as if I was a lying and stated with a attitude she watched it being loaded herself .at that point decided not to go any further .

Very nice decor but a bit noisy. Very crowded and a long wait on Saturday night. Good is very good and the prices are reasonable.

Haven't eaten there yet. Went for happy hour with 3 friends and it was great. Special drinks and nice appetizers reasonably priced. Had the calamari and a flat bread pizza. Both were delicious. Had great service,with more than one waiter. Would like to try it for lunch or dinner. Giving it 4 stars since only went for happy hour.

Went for a late lunch. Hardly anyone in the restaurant and we couldn't find adequate service. We had to get up and find someone to bring us coffee. Service was fine, visual ambience as well. As with most restaurants these days, it is noisy. I can't help but wonder why they think we like that... I assume cost of soft decor to absorb sound would be cost prohibitive considering it would absorb odors, etc. Kinda of upscale for Strongsville! They have a private room for parties, BTW.

Our experience wasn't very nice at all. Party of 4 all has $32.00 special strip steaks all way over cooked. Couldn't find server and when we did poor girl was running all over the place. Great bar scene. Restaurant makes you wait even if you call ahead for seating. No reservations taken. The food is worth whatever wait you endure... it's that good. Noise levels are quite high throughout the front of the restaurant, near the bar.
