Same Hibachi schtick as most of these places. Food is very good, chefs are entertaining and reasonably skilled. Sushi is good and fresh but nothing remarkable. Reasonable prices and a nice atmosphere.

Food is okay at best but staff is horrible at addressing any concerns or issues. Chef spilled steak sauce all over me (I understand it was an accident) but management still expected me to pay the bill even though my white sweater and jeans were covered! Chef apologized and told me he was likely going to get fired by owners... More

My fiance and I went on 7/31/13, it was hard to find due to its location on a busy area. When we arrived not many were dining but the inside was beautiful, and very clean. We went on the hibachi side, but I would have liked if they asked us if they mind putting us with 4 people we didn't... More

This was our first time at this restaurant and we liked it. They give you lots more food than most Hibachi restaurants. But, all of the chefs must go to the same Hibachi school. We saw his grilling presentation when we took our granddaughter to one of these restaurants in Colorado Springs. It was fun and we would go back... More

I will never be back the food quality was poor, staff poor and management did a half job at ensuring my concerns were resolved. I will stick with Shinto's.

We were all excited to take my daughter here for her 13th birthday. I mentioned to the waitress that it was her birthday and the waitress seemed annoyed and walked away. Throughout the course of the dinner, I asked her again if we could have the birthday dessert and song that I would gladly pay for. She said ok but... More

Dinner at Samurai was an overall amazing experience! from the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by friendly hostesses that make you feel right at home. Then to make it even better, the food is delicious! The servers are very patient and helpful. They make sure you get exactly what you wanted! Samurai has a very fun atmosphere that... More

This is an incredbile place for hibachi! The server and cook we had made this a very memorable experience! We had to wait a few minutes pass our reservation time on Saturday but it was well worth the wait. Our kids loved the show the cook put on and my wife loved her food. So it was a win win... More

We had a group of 7 for 6:30 reservations on a Saturday night. We did not get sat until 7:30 and none of the hostesses would give us an explaination. When we finally got to the table the manager Rhonda came to apologized and explained that they had close to 50 walk-ins and were extremely behind schedule. She offered to... More

I took my family (wife, 8, 3 and 1 year olds) here for hibachi and we were very impressed. We've been to quite a few hibachis in the northeast ohio area, and I must say that the atmosphere here was probably tops. It has the feel of a club, with the music and lighting, and my kids LOVE to dance!... More
