We ate here for our anniversary. I think our Hibachi chef didn't have his heart in it. Other tables around us were clapping and having a great time, but our table was awfully quiet. The salmon and filet tasted great, but everything else was just OK. I've had better at other hibachi places.

Nice restaurant located in Strongsville by the Best Buy and Costco. They have the Hibachi but you can also just order from the menu which ends up being a little cheaper. The Hibachi show is about the same as the others with pretty much the same food. The is cleaner than other Hibachi restaurants. The staff and service is friendly.... More

They have every type of sushi you can imagine and make it fresh in front of you. Most places do that but Samurai doesn't charge a ton for great food! Try and see.

Went for a birthday party on a Saturday. Made reservations for 13 that included 4 young children. The person we talked to in setting-up the party (Jim) was extremely accommodating and helpful....we were allowed to bring in our own birthday cake and paper plates. They also offer a "birthday-decoration" which is a "candle-lit-flower decoration" that sits atop a dish of... More

We went in at 7pm and asked for seats for 8 people. They stated it would take 20 mins an hour later we were still waiting. In the meanwhile they seated 18 people then 11 then 4 and 2. Once they finally called us they said 7 which was very incorrect and how someone hears 7 rather than 8 is... More

Same Hibachi schtick as most of these places. Food is very good, chefs are entertaining and reasonably skilled. Sushi is good and fresh but nothing remarkable. Reasonable prices and a nice atmosphere.

Food is okay at best but staff is horrible at addressing any concerns or issues. Chef spilled steak sauce all over me (I understand it was an accident) but management still expected me to pay the bill even though my white sweater and jeans were covered! Chef apologized and told me he was likely going to get fired by owners... More

My fiance and I went on 7/31/13, it was hard to find due to its location on a busy area. When we arrived not many were dining but the inside was beautiful, and very clean. We went on the hibachi side, but I would have liked if they asked us if they mind putting us with 4 people we didn't... More

This was our first time at this restaurant and we liked it. They give you lots more food than most Hibachi restaurants. But, all of the chefs must go to the same Hibachi school. We saw his grilling presentation when we took our granddaughter to one of these restaurants in Colorado Springs. It was fun and we would go back... More

I will never be back the food quality was poor, staff poor and management did a half job at ensuring my concerns were resolved. I will stick with Shinto's.
