A great happy hour special on margaritas. But the salsa?? If a Mexican joint can't get the salsa right, forget it!! Usually it's Ok---just OK. But this time it was far too spicy hot and watery. When we requested more mild, they brought us a warm in temperature one that would go over food! The third try was like oily... More

Went here for dinner. Great restaurant, service was good. The portions were large for the price. I would suggest you give it a try.

We were hoping to find some place to stop on our way to Blossom Music Center. Not being from the area, we were trying our luck when we pulled into a little plaza and found a Mexican restaurant. We were pleasantly greeted and seated right away. Salsa and chips found their way to our table immediately along with menus and... More

This is a better-than-average mexican restaurant. Food, service, and "ambiance" (if you can call it that) are all good but not great. Pricing is similar to every other place you've been. You won't regret coming here, but it won't leave a lasting memory unless you spill salsa in your lap.

Went with another couple. Everyone enjoyed their meal. My fish tacos were great. All ingredients seemed fresh. The service was timely, but the check was a long time coming. If the chips and salsa were better, it would encourage me to come back more often. I would rank this number 2 or 3 in the Akron area. Seemed very clean.

I've eaten here about 3 times. The food is good but nothing to rave about. The prices are great. On the menu there is a long list of ala carte items, which I like, because I can make my own combo. The service is efficient but not at all friendly. We don't really feel welcome here. We'll probably go back... More

Because there were only two of us, we were ignored in favor of the larger family groups at surrounding tables. This is a common problem in places like this and one reason we usually stick with places that train their staff to be attentive regardless of the group-size - if we aren't treated well when there is just two of... Chips were not stale, but not fresh either. Salsa tasted commercial. Veggie fajitas were not seasoned but very fresh and crisp, cooked perfectly with just a touch of crispy. Chimys were soggy but flavorful, probably from being drown in sauce. Entrance is confusing, but only minor inconvience.

We weren't sure exactly what her problem was, none of the other staff seemed to be in similar foul moods. She was just very curt and short with us, with forced, fake smiles. We were greatful when she finally disappeared and other staff began waiting on us. We didn't let it affect us too much, and enjoyed our meal anyway.... More

Very good fish tacos. I loved the fact they had grilled the fish and not breaded it. Yummmm!
