We found the menu to be lacking items that are found at a free standing Max and Erma's. This one is located inside the Holiday Inn. Everything was found to be OK but nothing really to write home about.

Went for lunch during the week. The hostess and waitress were attentive to a fault. The food was not impressive. Small portions and cold chicken. The pecans were very spicy hot on the salad that I couldn't eat them. Several TVs on the walls if you like that sort of environment when out to eat. Lots of other places to... More

If you've got a meeting at the hotel, pre-order your food. People love this restaurant and there's a 20 minute wait if you show up at noon. If you've pre-ordered, though, you can take your food back to your meeting room or hotel suite and enjoy.

Service was excellent, but not many people here. Beer was ice cold. Waitress didn't know what they had on tap. Food was okay. Steak was over cooked and no flavor, potatoes were old and wrinkled, and green beans were nice and crisp. Oh well, not bad for restaurant attached to a hotel. Hopefully breakfast is better.

The food here was decent. Not a lot of options for vegeterians though. The service could be better in my opinion.

This is a great place to dine, especially when you don't feel like leaving the hotel. It offers a varied menu, and very friendly servers; we arrived just in time to place our order before they closed at 10pm on New Year's Day. I selected the Cajun Tilapia which came with potatoes, and a nice side salad. The meal was... More

I like to eat, drink and play keno in here while I stay at the hoilday inn. We can get pretty loud and silly, but the bartenders still take great care of us. Good place for a burger or salad and drinks.

We stopped here for lunch on our way home to Pennsylvania. The food was good and so was the service. A little hard to find it is attached to the Holiday Inn. Décor is very nice and everything was clean. It is a typical Max and Erma"s and we do like to eat at their restaurants so we enjoyed this... More

I like Max N Erma's in general. This place is about what you would expect from a chain restaurant. It was a weeknight, so the restaurant wasn't very busy. They didn't have a lot of staff, so the service was a bit slow. The food was good. The atmosphere was good.

My partner ordered the ribs and I ordered the TMC. The ribs where delious the BBQ sauce was lovey and meat just fell of the bone. The TMC wasn't that nice and the salad was just lettuce but did have nice salad dressing. Service was good.
