Extraordinary Breakfast Burrito

I've always been a fan of lunch nibbles and cookies at MandE, but breakfast? Who knew? Not me! Until now ... ... and the breakfast burrito was to die for, metaphorically speaking. Although I do love the occasional inexpensive McD burrito smothered in their hot picante sauce ... the Max and Erma... read more

Food is good but too expensive for the portions. Need more food options on the menu. Wings are great...

Always great food and service. Always a good experience here. Recommend for small or large parties. Try calling ahead for larger parties.

I have dined at this chain several times in many locations including this one and have never had a bad meal. The restaurant is always clean, open and airy and hopping.

Orders for a party of 8 were not taken for 30min and served 30 min later (1hr wait, overall). We were told the problem was a shortage of help in the kitchen. In other words, wait it out -- inexcusable. Food itself was adequate. Will not be return to this restaurant.

Staying at Holiday inn hotel which was attached to restaurant. Made it easy and convenient to grab a bite to eat while on business. Had burger and fries. Food and service was good and as expected for this type of venue.

We attend the Cincinnati Tennis Tournament each year in August as part of our retail tennis business. We have stayed at the Holiday Inn for several years and eat at this restaurant at least once during that three night stay. The restaurant is fine as far as a hotel restaurant is concerned, but the bar is excellent. The breakfast "buffet"... More

This location is connected to a Holiday Inn off I-275. Location is clean, but smaller than other locations. Bathrooms are located in hotel. Menu is limited and some things were on the menu but discontinued. Service was very slow, but she was very friendly. No reason for slow service though as place was not busy on an early Saturday afternoon.... More

We found the menu to be lacking items that are found at a free standing Max and Erma's. This one is located inside the Holiday Inn. Everything was found to be OK but nothing really to write home about.
