Just average for food and atmosphere

Simply OK--just average food and atmosphere--seems quite a few hotel guests stop b. This restaurant is my least favorite Max and Ermas--restaurant in Bridgewater Falls is much nicer with better food quality. So I won't be back here and when I am in the mood for this type of food will be heading to... read more

I ordered a salad with chicken and avocado--the avocado was so hard I couldn't cut it with a knife. The manager told me "that happens sometimes--it's nothing."

The food was great, the service was great too. Kids eat free if you are guests of the hotel and their cookies are out of this world. We would drive over just to get cookies again.

Only ate at Max and Erma's because it was connected to the hotel. I've been to other locations, but this one was disappointing.

I ordered the patty melt -- it... More

This location is connected to a Holiday Inn off I-275. The parking lot was packed, however there was a large party in the hotel. We were seated right away and the waitress was there to take our drink order. My wife order the Sautéed Mushroom and Swiss burger and she substituted the all you can eat fries for a salad.... More
