A previous review describes this place perfectly: a fish "dive" and hole in the wall. But don't let first impressions discourage you. The service is friendly and fast. The food fresh and hot. Don't expect to stay on your diet because everything we had was deep fried. The percy and walleye are good, shrimp also good. Calamari ok, fries ok.... More

These guys do an ok job with their sandwiches. The fish is about as fresh as you can get it. I think their fries are a little large. I find the smaller cut fries better. Their hard core courtesy at the counter really doesn't brighten anybody's day, but I guess she thinks her tough chick attitude adds to the persona... More

if there were such a thing as a fish "dive", this would be it. no atmosphere is the atmosphere: all counter and pick up space -fun! the best fish you would ever want to eat! if you're lucky, you can sit outside and enjoy it on the picnic tables overlooking the bay. neat experience!

Stopped here while vacation for the weekend. It is one of those places that looks like a hole in the wall. If it weren't for the reviews, I probably would not have stopped. We got the Perch & Walleye and the Perch & Shrimp dinners, they were amazing and the tarter sauce was good, never had dill in it before,... More

I came here to get a nice perch sandwich, I had been there in the past. To no surprise it was just as tasty as the first time I had it, but this time was different. When I received my order the lady in the kitchen gave me a terrible look, one I can only explain as utter disgust. I... More

Usually run down here at lunch time to grab a sandwich or 1/2 pound of Walleye or Perch. I don't get the combo's. Combo is sandwich and fries, fries are your average frozen ones. Wish they had fresh cut. It's more of take out place, even though they do have picnic tables outside and in the back of the building.... More

I'm just glad I don't live up here, I'd have to sign my paycheck over every week! Had the perch dinner, it was awesome, came with plenty of thick cut fries and cole slaw. Service was quick and friendly. The only possible drawback was the limited seating which is outside, but it was a nice day so we didn't mind.... More

Really good yellow perch sandwich (you gotta have at least one when you’re on one of the Great Lakes!). Nice people at work. Some picnic tables outside, with a lake view (sort of), but watch out for the goose poop. The sandwich was terrific - fresh, generous, three big pieces of perch, golden fried, in a good soft roll. Just... More

I completely agree with Debra, from July 1.The man who waited on us was very rude and condescending. He did act like he was bothered that we were there, and the service was very impersonal. The food was very fresh, but I wouldn't go back, and wouldn't recommend it.

Always love to experience the local cuisine and the New Sandusky Fish Company didn't disappoint. It's only carry out with a few picnic tables provided but the order was ready when we arrived and service was top notch. The perch which they are known for was excellent!!
