Good food and local place

Took my family here on a Saturday afternoon in March around 4 before the Dinner rush. There are no signs anywhere showing where the entrance is which made it difficult to figure out how to get in. Once in there were no signs about seating so we eventually sat ourselves. The service was slow before... read more

We had the whole family down in Sandusky for spring break and decided to try Manny's on a whim for a late lunch. It was amazing! I had the braised beef sandwich on Texas toast. My wife had the Fiesta salad. Both were very good (above and beyond for sports bar fare). The kids shared chicken tenders and sliders and... More

Went on a Saturday early evening in early March!. Very crowded, everyone wanted to get out after a long hard Winter! We all had burgers, and they were good, nothing exceptional but the breaded deep fried mushrooms were fabulous, served with a horseradish sauce that was also excellent! We also had the garlic parm wings which were good. The menu... More

I went here with clients on their recommendation, and was really pleasantly surprised. Nothing exciting from the outside, but inside it was a really cozy sports bar. Recently renovated (extremely nice bathrooms). Menu was really varied. I had the homemade chili and fresh local perch. Everything on the menu looked great.

I was struggling to find a place to eat and happened to drive up on this place. From the outside I expected a dive bar with poor to mediocre food. The parking lot was packed so I thought maybe it would be good. I walked in the door and was highly surprised to see a wonderful looking bar, clean inviting... More

I realize that when you show up for a snack and cocktails, the regulars are treated differently. That's ok because they live there, a perk you come to expect-bread and butter. But, we were treated well, didn't have to wait to get served, and our bartender was personable. Food is excellent and several beers on tap. Local craft beers round... More

Most tender braised beef, onion straws, chive mayo on Texas toast,so delicious! Best sandwich ever! You must try! Served with homemade chips and coleslaw. Friendly service and TV's all over to watch your favorite sports team.

Been here a few times for differing events. Each time good food and good service. If you're looking for a 5 star French restaurant this isn't for you, but if you want well priced pub fare then check it out. Good bar food. Quick and attentive service. Small on-tap beer selection but the list has staples and a solid base... More

We had lunch here, conveniently located across the street from our hotel. I had the lake perch platter and fries, perch was fantastic, but I was not a fan of the fries.. However I'm sure that many would be.. Nice tavern like setting, high and low tables, bar, and clean. I would go here again, and would recommend to anyone.
