This was a bad experience. The service was decent but can only make up for so much. The food was cold bland and simply terrible. Especially considering the 20$ per person price tag. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

The food was poor, we had a full meal, and at each course we though things would get better, they did not. The food was overpriced, lacking in flavor, and quite frankly, not something I would enjoy if I had cooked it myself at home (I am in no way a good cook). The staff were friendly, but they could... After the extremely small portion size...EXTREMELY overpriced menu..the manager yelling at his employees and his overall ignorance of the food industry..I would highly suggest no one EVER eat here..EVER

Think Applebees but twice the bad food and twice the price. They where on Kitchen Nightmares and tried to change their name to hide who they are. It's no wander why it's still bad if the chef is the same guy.

This is my second review of this place. We were not too impressed the first time due to the owner but this time we didn't even eat. We came in and sat at the bar. There were two other couples there one at the bar the other in a booth. We sat down and noticed there was no bar tender.... More

My G/F and I have been here twice since Mill Street Bistro closed and Maple City Tavern was opened. It is the same ownership. It has a nice feel and hopefully the menu/food will improve. The appetizer selection was pretty decent when compared to the rest of the menu which was rather limited. We shared a flat bread pizza which... More

Very disappointed in this restaurant. Ambiance looked promising but food over cooked - presentation was better than average hence the disappointment in the final product. Very disappointing then the bill came . My host complained and an argument ensued.

This is a nice place, if you can afford it. It is pricier than all the general places around. The atmosphere is nice, the building is old and unique. The service is good and the selection is nice. The food was tasty. For the two of us, with dessert and NO wine, we paid $98.

The food was average at best the price was outrageous. The staff seemed confused and the menu was limited. This was the second time I was there and each time was a average food at high prices. I don't mind paying for something as long as I feel I get my moneys worth. I won't be back.

We dine out a lot; and our meal here was great. Attentive service and a nice atmosphere. Began with walleye fritters - cooked just right and served with fresh lemon and tartar sauce. Then Cesar salad, again tasty with fresh shaved Parmesan. My husband had the elk burger which he really enjoyed - and the fries that came with it... More
