Good food but the waiter saved the meal!

We have not been to this restaurant n in many years and were in the area and went in. We were surprised that the menu is not diverse as it had been 6 years ago and our favorites were no longer available (pasta Milano, mussels in saffron). But the choices available were good so we went with the... read more

It has been awhile since I visited a Macaroni Grill, and I was glad I chose here for dinner. The cream of mushroom soup was incredible as well as my Parmesan crusted sole. I arrived just before dinner rush and the service was great. I will be going back soon.

We have always enjoyed Macaroni Grill, but this time I noticed the crumbling parking lot, the more expensive wine prices, the slower service, the average tasting clam chowder (no wedding soup available). We had lunch and were not offered the express menu which is less expensive (we only were shown it after we had ordered and inquired...). And the restaurant... More

No surprise here. Good food, fair prices and outstanding service. Whether in NE Ohio or Phoenix, Az...they consistently deliver value and quality food with impeccable service. Busy Feiday night during Christmas shopping season and received attentive customer care with fresh, delicious food...and dessert. Bravo Macaroni Grill!!

I recently visited Macaroni Grill in North Olmsted and was a little disappointed. It was a Wednesday night and not busy. My "go-to" menu item has been the Lobster Ravioli in a light cream sauce. Usually amazing but this time, the sauce was spicier than in the past. I personally don't like anything that makes my throat or mouth hot... More

Stopped in for lunch on my way to the hotel. It was not very busy in there at all. Sat at the bar, the restaurant was FREEZING. The bartender was nice, not very chatty though. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs and it was HORRIBLE. The meatballs were so gross, they tasted like Chef Boyardee. The bartender was nice about it, charged... More

I love Italian food so I eat here often. The bread is awesome. My only issue was with the service. My server didn't pay attention to our drinks and she was slow and texting as she approached our table. That's not professional!!

We had avoided this restaurant for over a year because the food quality prior was not up to par. I had received a few gift cards so we opted to try again even though the cards were accepted at nearby Chili's as well. Ashley was our server and while she was efficient enough, I couldn't help but think she was... More

Very well prepared traditional Italian food. Comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Seating is spread out for quiet. Server was obviously experienced and knew how to please. Good wine list.

While staying at La Quinta Inn in North Olmstead we came here to eat. It's right across the road from the hotel. We had never been to a Macaroni Grill before. The manager himself explained the different ways you can get food there and seated us. A waitress then helped us figure out how to go up to the self... More
