Cheese lovers paradise!

Great food great friendly staff... Just an all-around great place for Lunch and dinner! We had the Swiss-zilla, Spaetzle and Tips for Lunch one day. We had to come back for dinner the next day. We had the weinershnitzle and smothered chichen. Both times we also got the cheese fondue! It was... read more

We had the Fondue and it was good, but wished for more. It was a dish meant for two, and had plenty of bread, but not enough !cheese fondue. Our friends ordered ribs and a pork chop, which they said were very good. Next time may try again and order the Shnitzel

I lived in Switzerland for eighteen months, so I am always leery of places that bill themselves as "authentic"--and then aren't. We decided to come here for a change of pace from hearty Amish cooking. We had the salad bar and shared the cheese fondue. The salad bar was decent: iceberg, Romaine, and spinach for greens, the usual toppings, plus... More

I had a toasted cheese, the salad bar and added sauerkraut. All were excellent. The cheese was four types which was tasty. The clam chowder at the bar was excellent. The cold stuff was above average also. My wife had the "vegetable spaetzel" w/chicken on top. It had excellent flavor. German chocolate cake was excellent too. I highly recommend this... More

We had an early dinner. We both had sandwiches. My wife had the chicken cordon bleu. I had the Alpine burger. We both enjoyed the sandwich. We shared a big piece of German chocolate cake. Over all we would most likely go back the next time we are in the area.

Came to Amish country for a visit and chose to eat here for lunch. We love the sauerkraut balls appetizer at another restaurant we go to so we ordered those. I wasn't impressed at all. We just had the lunch soup/salad bar and their pretzel sticks that were brought out for our meal. The salad bar was ok with decent... More

Well manicured grounds in the Swiss tradition. Casual fine dining of the usual ethnic dishes, including Wiener Schnitzel, Pork Shank, Spatzle and many more. No disappointment.

In Amish countryside of Millersburg, we went to this Swiss chalet. A true reproduction of what one sees in the Swiss countryside. Servers in dirndls assisting customers and cuckoo clocks along with other tourist memorabilia for sale. Cant get better. This was the best fondue i have eaten in USA. We ordered two standard fondues which were enough for five... More
