This was first visit for us. Husband got the Perch dinner and it was not fishy tasting and no fishy smell. He also was able to switch out the cole slaw for Grilled garlic Spinach. My husband is a regular fish eater and he thought the fish was very good. I had the half slab ribs which I substituted grilled... More

I went here to meet some friends for a drink and some food. The place was packed . I ordered multiple items on the menu to share with the group. IE potato skins, fries , crabby, blt, cheese sticks, I rated the place a 3 based on the food I ordered. I was disapointed because all of the food I... More

Went for a group late lunch/early dinner - my burger was reasonably good, the fries were undercooked. Others in the group said that the Lake Erie perch was overdone. I quite liked the decor, it had a warmer feel than many sports bars, which are usually very dull. A good range of different beers is available. Our servers were pleasant... More

the atmosphere is terrible it is not a sports bar. to me its run like a library where you have to be very very quiet. if I want to be quiet I will go to a library but if I want to cheer I will go to a sports bar but certainly not this one.

With the name Rivals, one would think they cater to all sports teams, not just local teams, yet they are a Browns Backers location... isn't that ironic? Owners Nick and John are sell-out ex-Steelers fans. Perhaps change the name to "Turncoats" or "Homers". If you root for Browns, Indians, Cavs or Ohio State, have at it, otherwise go elsewhere, you're... More

First time to eat here. It was okay & what I expected. It had the feel of a local hang out, like some of the older BW3's. I thought the food was average (looked like a lot of frozen food used). The waitress was pleasant but not overly attentive. The furniture was dated and it was fairly dark inside. It... More

Dined here twice...used to come here all the time when it was Instant Replay and I lived in Middleburg. I always had heard that the food here is great and I have to say it is. The fish and chips were great. The fish had great flavor and was fried to a perfect golden brown and crispy, not soggy like... More

Okay, so I remember when Bober's used to occupy this space; no matter...Rival's has excellent burgers and yum onion rings. They were the only place open to get a pizza when we came in late at night from a 12-hour drive from South Carolina. Great patio, with deer grazing in the field right across the street. Suburban oasis.

I have gone there thru the years and the food and service are always great. The only bad thing about the place that it is run by a Steelers fan. Other than that a great beer selection and the best wings and Pizz around.

We go to Rivals almost every week! We love their wings...they really have some of the best ones around Cleveland and even in our travels. We also love their food as well...always very good! Not your standard bar food but more upscale. Their outside patio is awesome as well!
