I came here with a friend a couple of weeks ago. I ordered the pasta marina. The sauce tasted like canned tomatoes with some spices and oil added. My friend had the eggplant parmagiano and said it was soggy and tasteless. The portions were large, so we didn't finish it all, but we didn't take it home since it wasn't... More

They have the best pizza in town!! Love the Chicken Alfredo! I order one meal and I could feed my family of 5 and still have leftovers. Love the fresh bread and garlic rolls. We always order for work functions and staff argues about who's getting left overs. Everything we've ever ordered has been so delicious. They always give us... More

My husband and I have been to Mama Roberto's a few times, but have never returned after our last visit. We were impressed by the large portions of food served, but the taste was something to be desired. We visited this restaurant for a second time thinking that we may have gone on a bad night, but the food was... More

Really did not like this restaurant. Going out to eat should be a treat; either better or easier than making food at home, as you're spending money to do so. Staff was uncaring and bordering on just plain rude, and food was worse than something I's expect from the cheap frozen food section (or plain boiled pasta and boxed tomato... More

The restaurant has a very lackluster unwelcoming atmosphere. The service is what you would expect from a chain restaurant. It is really lacking the small mom and pop, know your name and ask about the family feel. Food portions are huge, but size isn't everything. The bland nature of their dishes leaves a lot to be desired.

Staff is rude and food is horrible!!! It seemed that we were a bother, not a costomer. The food is not good and they give you a lot of it. If I want a pound of pasta with bad sauce I will go to the store and make it myself.

My family and I were treated horribly by first the owner and then his wife. She was even more foul mouthed than he was. Shame on both of them. How are they still in business?

This is about as bad as it gets when a very ill woman comes in, on an oxygen tank, forgets to present her groupon upfront and is then verbally attacked by the cashier for not presenting the coupon upfront. Also accused the customer of playing the 'dying' card as a means of sympathy. This is outrageous. Avoid this place unless... More

My husband and have recently moved to Ohio and have been told what a great place this was. However, after hearing how the owners treat their staff and customers we have decided not to go and give them our money. We usually support local businesses but decided not to support this establishment due to their mistreatment of employees as well... More
