At Degage Jazz Cafe & Fine Dining, we combine our trademark French inspired "refined rusticity" with an unyielding passion for the best local, seasonal, and fresh ingredients. Out menu changes seasonally depending on which ingredients are the freshest and very best. That reflects our belief that no recipe is worth preparing with less-than-perfect ingredients. Each delivery of meat, fish, and produce is inspected, accepted (or rejected) and nothing but the best is kept. All our meats, poulty, and seafoods are hand-cut in house to ensure its quality and perfection. This approach takes far more time and effort, but we and our guests think it's worth it.

Menu confusion.

I read a few other reviews about the confusing menu and agree .. Confusion is never a good thing. . A professional needs to do the lay out.. The food : yes fancy , with the confusing menu I felt the selections were all like bacon, bacon, bacon , or bacon steak lol.. Sometimes chefs can remember... read more

The food is so good. The blue cheese filet and the blue cheese potatoes changed my thinking on both. Ridiculously good. This place is something found in NY. If you have not gone you need to treat yourself!

I have to this great place several times with only two people dining and, the last time, with a large group. The food never disappoints and the wait staff is attentive. Great place to take a carnivore or vegetarian. Oh, and the drinks are good, too!

Visited for a work Christmas party and I must say, what a spot to choose! The waitstaff was attentive and friendly and they provided a buffet style dinner with many items which, I must say, were all excellent! The talk of the evening was how incredibly good all the food was! We will definitely be back for dinner ourselves.

We have been here before and enjoyed it. This visit was not as good. The food was ok, the French Onion soup is amazing..... I think our service is what put a damper on our night. The waiter appeared to be inexperienced. When he was having trouble opening a bottle of wine at the table, my husband mentioned that it... More

Found this place during a recent visit through the Toledo area. It was great, and we would definitely go back. Although the menu can be a bit confusing (the menu page for "Salads" is titled something like "Dirt Grub"), the food was delicious. There were 3 of us and we all loved it. I ordered the "Up a Creek" salad,... More

My cousin did a buy out of the place for his wedding. It felt a little small for our size group, but it was quite adorable and a wonderful night. Not your traditional wedding, lots of passes appetizers and a small buffet. I thought the food was great! Yummy Mac and cheese cups, bacon wrapped dates, and coconut shrimp. The... More

My friend and I went to Degage for drinks on a Sunday evening. We arrived at Degage around 7:30 p.m. There was live music and the place was relatively empty. The menu is on the pricey side, however, I am all about quality over quantity. We weren't planning on eating dinner that night, however, we were keen to return based... More

No where else can you go to listen to live jazz performances while eating chef inspired cuisine, a wide variety of martinis and wines, liquors, personal service, yet affordably priced.
