On our first night of two days in Cleveland, we went out for dinner, about 6:30. After consulting TripAdvisor, we decided on Barroco Grill which features Columbian cuisine. It isn’t a very big place - looks like they renovated an old house. The interior is decorated with brightly colored walls, pictures and tiny lights. They apparently also encourage patrons to... More

My wife and I found about this small restaurant through word of mouth. It is the only Colombian restaurant that we know of in NE Ohio. The food is just like you would get in Colombia and very tasty. They have some Colombian soft drinks and make their arepas from scratch. They have a menu posted on the website. It... More

My daughter and I kept saying we wanted to go to Barroco. It is within walking distance of our home. I am sorry it took us so long to try this place. We LOVE it. We sat in the back and could not stop looking all around us. The space is small but has a lot going on. The waitress... More

The restaurant itself has a very casual quirky atmosphere in a remodelled old house. Nothing fancy here but the place is always packed! We went the first time in March and didn't realize it was byob..they don't have a liqour license so bring whatever you want to drink. The staff is very friendly efficient and accommodating. We had arepas which... More

Casual and eclectic hole in the wall that will keep you coming back. One of the great features of this place is that you can pick a menu item and then have it further customized to meet your tastes! The arepas are wonderful starting off with the homemade shells which hold well seasoned fillings. These little gems are served with... More

First, it is very much like some casual places in Cabo San Lucas, which is a good thing. Busy and noisy, seated close to open kitchen. Wear your old clothes, you will smell like that....no big deal. Lots of takeout traffic, might try that next time. Food is good and inexpensive. Would not get an arepa (very dry tortilla pocket)... More

The reason for our get-together was to celebrate a birthday. There were about 16 of us and we were delighted with the service and the food. Though we did not bring our own drinks, other tables did and it was a fun, respectful atmosphere. I understand there is live music on some weekends.
