Started the 2014 season with Lobster Chowder, grilled cheese for the kids and chili. Everything was great and Jackie(owner) welcomed everyone.

Go here for a great perch sandwich and nice family meal. Also attached is a fun bar. Close to the Miller Ferry Dock and golf cart rentals.

Gary and crew ARE Kelley's Island. You've never had a Brandy Alexander until you've had theirs. A true island institution that's a must if you're headed to the Lake Erie Islands. High 5 Gary to make it a complete visit. Authentic as authentic gets, and I've been here a zillion times!

Great service from a very friendly staff, excellent food, and an iced cold pitcher of Brandy Alexanders will be enjoyable for anyone visiting The Village Pump, on Kelley's Island, Lake Erie! My favorite are the to die for steak bites, but you won't be disappointed with anything that you order. Very relaxing and fun place to go!

We really enjoyed the homemade lobster chowder and spinach salad. The people that work there are very nice.

Our server was very friendly and helpful, but the food was very unsatisfying. We understand the locals love it, though. I'm happy for them, but it wasn't good for us food snobs.

Loud, lots of people quenching their thirsts, friendly wait staff, we sat in the corner and went with a lb of perch and shrimp, with excellent sweet potato fries. Gotta do the brandy Alexander by the pitcher.

I went to the Village Pump for the perch (delicious) but unsure about mixing it with their famous Brandy Alexander. Man was I wrong! Their Brandy Alexander is amazing. I instantly wanted another and the recipe. We also ordered a half order of sweet potato fries (yum) and eggplant fries (ok) which coupled with a half order of the perch... More

Around 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday we headed for dinner at the Village Pump and found the bar area loud, as would be expected, and headed to the restaurant area, a large room that echoed all conversations. While the service in there was friendly, the food was only mediocre. Five perch fillets for almost $14 is too much for bland... More
