Pretty good Lunch. Salads were excellent, and the location was great. We has lunch while biking around the island. Made for a nice stop.
The winery is a good place to kick back and take a break from touring the island. I've been there many times over the years and the food has improved greatly with the new management. As others have said, it offers a nice relaxed atmosphere. It also offers a great place to pick up a bottle of wine and a... More
This winery is very casual and laid back....which is something I appreciate. They have a play around outside and picnic tables. We had the 4 wine sampler, a bottle of sweet red and the 2 cheese platter. The platter was good and the wine was great. If your looking for a fancy experience, this winery is not for you!
Maybe it was just the fact it was the end of their season and the staff was worn out but the place was just ok compared to other reviews I have read here. Wine was ok. Pizza was ok. Inside decor was ok but the outside needed some TLC. Bartender was nice but he seemed to be the quite busy... More
We really enjoyed the delicious wine and pizza. We even brought home some wine. If we go back to the island, we will definitely eat there again.

We are not huge fans of local Lake Erie wines (too sweet), but the Wine Company had plenty of out of town varieties that kept us happy. We sat outside on the covered deck and enjoyed the company of others... More
We were on the island for a girls weekend and went to the winery for lunch. The food and wine are excellent and well worth the price. The flatbread, pizza and cheese tray were all delicious. We each got a different kind of wine and passed them around the table - lots on the sweet side, but very good flavor.... More
We have been to wineries all over the world and were expecting something along the line of those wineries: attentive service, charming tasting room, knowledgeable servers, and reasonable prices. No, no, no and no. First, the wine tasting room is actually the bar counter so you are belly up with everyone enjoying beers, wine and food. It is loud as... More
Service poor, had to go find the male server for additional wine ..when a restaurant has just one other group that usually is a sign that something is wrong. Sangria was good, pizza good, cheese/meat plate good but cost was way high for the value. Porch area..get rid of the active barn swallows flying over the customers heads.
