I like the food especially the dim sum. The service should be improved to reduce the long waiting time
A large variety of food however there are no changes allowed on the lunch menu but that is not a problem there is a lot to choose from and the pricing is very reasonable. Clean, good service, great prices will return next time in town.
Typical chinese buffet. Very clean, good food. I would return next time I am in town. Near hotels.very convenient.
I travel to the Toledo area a lot and so far this is my favorite Chinese spot. Great Eggrolls. I love good eggrolls and they do them right here. I have also enjoyed the Pan Fried Potstickers and Crab/Creamcheese apps. I have liked the old standby's, Orange Beef and Orange Chicken, Chicken w Cashew Nuts. Wasn't as happy with one... More
My family and I love eating at this restaurant. Our favorite dishes include various Casserole dishes (such as seaford with tofu casserfole) and vegetable dishes (such as pea tips and string beans). On the weekends you can also sample Chinese Dim Sum here, but you must get there before 3 PM.

The food here is above average, really good. I think the prices are good too. Most lunch plates are $5.95. When eating-in the service... More
Thank goodness we took a friend with us who knew the dim sum menu very well...I don't know if we would have known what to order otherwise. Enjoyed every single thing!
Food was very good--I had the orange beef and it was wonderful. My partner's sweet and sour chicken was very good, with a sauce that was not overdone with corn starch. I was impressed that they have some szechuan appetizers. I will definitely go there again!
New Empire has better than average Chinese food. Try their salt baked shrimp (dinner menu) and ask for the shrimp to be peeled. Yum-Meee! Dim Sum is excellent and lots to choose from off the menu. I've eaten here countless times and have never had a bad meal. Service is fast and very friendly.
Was in Toledo for biz, stayed at the Courtyard Marriott, this restaurant is next door. Their were lots of choices within walking distance. I decided to do Chinese. I ordered pork fried rice and crispy beef. The fried rice was very old school, even a little fried egg in it. And to be good, it needs to stay on the... More
