Dinner and ghost tour

Good food in a strange setting . Only complaint when it says on the menu duck fat roast potatoes 2 slices are not good enough, 2 whole potatoes would have been good. Worth the money $69 for 2 courses and ghost tour. Ghost tour was a hoot very interesting. So if you are down this way try it out

Felons was recommended by our campground hosts. We went and couldn't get in as they were full so booked for the next day. Our server new very little (trainee?) and it took a couple of efforts to find out what the specials were. Ordering drinks took a coule of goes too. The ambience could be much better - dinner is... Thank you for taking the time to provide us your candid feed back and we are sorry to learn that the service at Felons Bistro was not up to the standard you expected. At this time of the year we are particularly busy and have to incorporate training with on the floor experience. Thank you for your patience with our... More

We had a wonderful dinner had Felon's. Delicious quail, wonderful fish and chips and blue-eyed trevalla. Very friendly and attentive service in what during the day is the historical site's café; would definitely pay a return visit if I was in Port Arthur again.

Food was delicious and well presented. Service was excellent and friendly. Choice of meals were varied and would accomodate most palettes . Lamb, beef and Venison that we had was cooked superbly and to our order. Vegetables were fresh and crisp and to season. I had heard about felons before and was not disappointed in our choice

We were a little disappointed with the restaurant. It is divided from the very ordinary cafeteria-style cafe by a flimsy partition and there were no windows or views of the outdoors which made it feel a little dark and claustrophobic. Even though the food was very good it was overpriced.

We were going to try the Stewart's Bay lodge restaurant but it was closed on the night we were there. We should have come straight here anyway, it was one of the best places we ate at on our whole trip. When you first arrive it's inside the historical site entrance just past the cafe so I wasn't expecting it... More

We had a evening meal at Felons on our second night in PA. I had the rump of lamb and my wife had fish pasta. The food was excellent and the presentation was like a fine dining restaurant.

The food was very nice and so was the wine. Definitely recommend going while you're in Port Arthur. However I recommend getting an early booking. We went at 7.45pm, and we felt very rushed, a small obviously they wanted to pack up.

Read the TripAdvisor reviews and their menu online and thought this might not be a bad place for dinner. To be honest I was shocked and worried as we walked into the dining area waiting to be seated. It looked like a mediocre cafe that does terrible coffees and sells pre-made sandwiches (which they do, in those awful looking tuckshop... More

Dinner with the family (kids 12, 9) before the ghost tour. Let's say first up that the food is very good. Not great, but very good. My venison was really well cooked, but I only got four portions and what felt like 1/2 kilo in roughly cut and baked vegetables. It didn't really showcase the venison, as tasty as those... More
