Friendly service with prompt delivery to our table. Meals are always fresh and appetizing. I love the "cones" of fish and chips and these are ample for two! Great selection of soft drinks, beers and wine. If you have children there is a playground and beach where you can watch while dining outside. Other dining indoor (can get noisy) or verandah... More

The fish itself was very good. Soft and moist. But the batter was overcooked, hard and tending towards bitter. Sadly you can't get grilled fish because I suspect that it would seriously impact on the turnover rate. The salads are pretty good, as is the service.

Had dinner here then lunch the following day while holidaying in Burnie. Best seafood meals we've had in Tasmania. The location, food and service were just perfect!

Very well set up eatery and the local fish is superb. Try the battered scallops with a local wine. The staff are happy to advise and the service is above average. Leave room for desert or cake.

Great location on the beach, with friendly staff and good service. Great range of food available, including non-fish options. I had a cajun salmon wrap for lunch that was delicious, and other members of my party had the Fish Frenzy wrap (battered fish wrap) and the bruschetta with smoked salmon, all of which were highly recommended.

We had oysters natural, fish, chips and salad. The fish was very tasty, the chips were first rate and the salad crisp and slightly dressed. Delicious fish and very helpful service. The staff here are happy to help with the extensive menu.

We spent 10 spectacular days touring Tassie & this was possibly the worst food we ate. Dry/overcooked. Service counter was good. But food was ordinary to say the least.

I called in here with a work colleague to enjoy the ocean views and try the local fare! We started with oysters natural(Tasmania always delivers on these beauties) but I was mostly surprised by the very generous portion sizes of my salt and pepper calamari salad! It was melt in your mouth! Washed down with cool climate tassie dav Blanc!... More
