The sign is the problem.

Popular with tourists and the locals, this little cafe serves up tasty and wholesome meals. My latte was made perfectly and the lime tart was just right. I'd happily return to eat here again.

Banana bread & great coffee. Service friendly. Muffins are delicious as well. Would like to return to try lunch dishes, they look good.

The atmosphere and décor inside is cozy and family friendly. Signage outside is slightly dated so it wasn't our first choice but other cafes were packed. Service was prompt and friendly. Cake display looked tempting. Drinks came out quickly and meals soon after. 2 out of 3 meals were great. The 1 bad meal was the Caesar Salad. Drenched in... More

Three of us squeezed around a small table because the cafe was obviously so popular. And no wonder - the foood was terrific. Goats Cheese Tart, Pumpkin Quiche, marinated chicken burger. And reasonably priced, even on a public holiday.

Had a very nice lunch here. Despite being very busy, the staff were very friendly and the food and coffee excellent.

Staff with poor attitude pointedly looked at clock at 2:30 when we ordered lunch and then charged extra $2.50 per sandwich, for Turkish bread, because they do no keep wholemeal bread. Will never patronise again

You forgot to mention you were obviously irate about other issues before you came to visit us, or this is just the way you are? You were asked several times to take a seat as we do table service but you persisted to order at the counter. If you had of taken the time to read the menu, when you... More

My husband and I had lunch at Wattle Cafe. I had the goats cheese tart with a gorgeous rocket salad and my husband had the flathead with chips which was crispy and cooked to perfection. The food was excellent. I had a freshly prepared carrot juice too which was NOT over run with ice. The service was very fast and... More

We found this cafe as we were heading home from the area. We made it just in time for breakfast and were presently surprised by the food. The service was good. We were served in a timely manner etc although the staff were not rude they also weren't very warm. I also think the cafe could do with more cooling... More
