Came here for a family meal with children. The choice of fish dishes was varied and we were able to find food that both adults and children found interesting to try. The service was of a good standard and the staff were knowledgeable about the food and drink on offer. When the meal arrived there was plenty on the plate... More

I do not eat the chips as i prefer mash with my fish. Each time i have eaten here early evenings they always serve the mash just off cold. Hardly even warm. Its obviously heated in a microwave oven. For pitys sake PLEASE leave it in for 20 seconds longer-its simple-and not a lot to ask. Also i saw filthy... More

We often eat here or at the sister restaurant in Worthing. The friendly staff and well presented food put this option streets ahead of local competitors. The steak and kidney pudding is to die for. In season, the £20 lobster meal is very special.

Even as a non-fish and chip lover, the product is always crispy and tastes fresh. By far the best fish and chips around. The other 'specialist' dishes are also very impressive, particularly the bouillabaisse. Thoroughly recommended. Good value when compared to cost of soggy fish and chip takeaways.

On a recent visit to the fish factory to celebrate a friends birthday we had a large party of us.A very warm welcome and drinks served before everyone arrived. The menu is unfussy straight to the point. We had lots of time to chat and settle down before we ordered. I had flamed tiger prawns with sweet chilli sauce and... More

This was our first ii ton his restaurant which is part of a chain with set menus, with specials also available, this restaurant is clean and tidy with attentive staff. Of note to coeliacs there is a very good gluten free Mende covering starters, main course as well as deserts, they also sell gluten free lager. The portions were of... More

I visited the Fish Factory on East Street, Littlehampton for early 'Mothers Day' lunch with my wife and my mother. Making a phone reservation was excellent no problem, Good bar service but then it all went down hill when the food finally arrived (30 mins) and the restaurant was empty! Three meals ordered but two were not of a good... More

We came here because of the good reviews. The service was very friendly but a little slow. The portions were generous and the food was OK but not exciting, except the chocolate pudding which was fantastic!
