Excellent food and service

Have eaten here before and loved it, so when friends and family visit always try to take them. Took my sister last night and was not disappointed good food, service and atmosphere. White anchovies on appetiser menu are second to none, and the jambalaya is my favourite although I would be tempted by... read more

Visited with 14 clients and colleagues service was excellent drinks quickly served and menu help for those of us who hadn't eaten Mexican food. Lovely starters and even better mains everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

Went with my wife and two friends to La Casa Loco. From the moment you arrive the staff make you feel at home. It was Easter Saturday and therefore extremely busy. Still the service was impeccable and the food came up nice and hot and was totally delicious. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Just recommend if... More

..............playing constantly during meal. Table allocation for a two hour period. Restaurant accessed via wooden staircase. Toilets clean. Meal on Monday, early evening and our group of 10 was the only occupied table. Early bird between 5&6. Main menu has good variety. Feathered steak absolutely wonderful, so so tender. Meals hot when served, efficient service. Would recommend this venue for... More

Visited Saturday, Ordered a pitcher of margarita, they first delivered a Mojito, then a slush puppy and finally a fresh margarita. Food was good both starter and mains. We then asked for a pudding menu, 15 minutes later it had not arrived, asked another waiter and the menu was delivered, but they next came back with the bill for another... More

We chose this place as there was a well catered vegetarian menu using quorn as a substitute. The burrito, nachos and fajitas were excellent. This restaurant is close to a five but....the veggie taco was a little bland and dry. Also the service was slow and needed prompting. At least they smiled even though the restaurant was filling up (like... More

I can understand busy restaurants etc however having booked a table early we had to wait for quite some time before the table was ready. We were eventually given menus and left for approx 30secs before someone was asking for our orders. When we asked for a little longer we were given a further 30secs. After ordering we could not... Yummy food, lovely waiting staff, lovely cocktails! Strawberry dacquiri was fabulous, like a naughty alcoholic slush puppy! I had prawns pil pil and beef enchiladas, both really tasty! Came with some friends, glad we booked, don't think we'd have stood a chance at getting a table otherwise. Will definitely come back!!
