This is our favourite place to eat we called in without our usual booking. All tables were reserved but they squeezed us in. Nothing too much trouble, food was hot and beautifully cooked. Staff as usual friendly even though they had a busy night ahead. An absolute pleasure to eat here plus I get a night off cooking.......perfect!!!!!

We were in a party of eight and started at the bar good range of Real Ales I went for Brains there were three others to choose from . We were shown to our table and ordered our starters and Mains from an extensive Menu we waited about 6/8 min for starters but all freshly cooked and very tasty, same... More

The Sarah Mansfield is a true country inn situated in the attractive warwickshire village of Willey. It is an attractive building with a large car park (great views) and a small amount of outside seating. Inside the pub is quirky and "olde worlde" in appearance and has a number of fireplaces to provide wood fires in the winter. There were... More

But not on this occasion. Had a starter and main and ended up leaving half the main (not because it was bad, just couldn't eat it all). There was plenty of very nice food on offer, with excellent service and excellent ales. Couldn't fault it, and if I was Len i'd give it 10, but since I'm Clive I'll give... More

The staff here are very welcoming and friendly and the pub has a pleasant country pub atmosphere. The food varied from delicious peppered steaks to really tender beef pie to a mixed grill where the meat was tough and dry and the liver bitter which was a shame. Puds were OK but not special. Reasonably priced and very very busy... More

We last went to this pub about 4 years ago and were underwhelmed so when friends suggested it for a birthday meal, we weren't excited. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The menu is varied and strives to be a bit different without overdoing it. We had starters, which was a bad move given the size of the mains, and they... More

Stayed down the road at the Hinckley Island Hotel but fancied a spot of typical pub grub so drove the five miles to find this little gem. Good selection of dishes on offer washed down by some fine real ales. Not the most ambitious menu around - but the food was perfect for a pub of this type. Hope to... More

This is decent pub food, served at a reasonable price by lovely staff. My family and I visited The Sarah Mansfield on Friday night (11th). At first we were told there were no tables but, after a party had finished, they kindly fit us in. The staff were kind and attentive, without being intrusive. The food was lovely, steaks cooked...
