This used to be our favourite regular Indian restaurant, but not any more as there are far better places in Rugby now. The last couple of occasions we've visited we found it to be over priced & the portions were small or had mostly sauce & little meat content, personally I think too many corners are being cut to try... Very welcoming ,manager always comes and checks everything ok ,food tasty, good choice and will make a dish even if not on the menu. Have been coming for years and never disappointed .have also used them for food at a Christmas event and they delivered to Coventry. We try other places for Indian food but always come back.

The atmosphere was superb! I walked inside and the welcome was very warm, the waiter was extremely friendly and professional. I got a table in seconds and the waiter prepared everything including napkins on our laps! The restuarant itself is extremely clean, appealing and smells fantastic!! The food was beyond belief I thoroughly enjoyed myself and the naan was to... More

Ordered from here and was looking forward to it as it used to be our local curry house some years ago. However on trying the korma I was surprised by the horrible taste - like washing up liquid or lemon and coriander!? So disappoint!! And more expensive than other Indian takeaways! Nan breads also smallest ive seen. Anyway, I couldn't... More

We visited this restaurant as it appeared to have an extensive menu. On arrival we were shown to our table-- the room was cold and only one other table was occupied. We waited for a little while before the waiter brought a menu, he took our drinks order and for the poppadums and pickles-- these arrived fairly quickly-- at that... More

We ordered a takeaway and I rang them straight away advising that we didn't want the dish to hot but a medium heat which he agreed (as we had it from there before and was super hot) and that we wanted more potato in the saag aloo as last time there was only a couple of bits. When the food... More

We were travelling from London, decided to stop for dinner in an Indian restaurant and tried here. The food was fab especially biriyani was awesome simply the best than anywhere else we have eaten in UK so far. Also to mention the ambience was lovely and very friendly service. I would next time exclusively visit this restaurant for a fine... More

Decided to take our Grand-daughter out for a meal (she recommended it, heaving been with her mum & dad). The service was extremely good and the food more so, it arrived quickly and was piping hot (just the way it should be). My wife and I will definitely be going back and will use the restaurant for future family functions.

Awesome food. Little bit of extra thought has gone into the food at this Indian. It comes through with fantastic taste and good service. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is because the Indian food at nearby Grosvenor hotel is unbelievably nice and my comparison with Indian food will always be compared to that establishment. Before... More
