Fine Indian Dinning

When you walk in you are greeted with a smile. The decor is high class. The food is excellent and I would recommend the onion banjo as a starter it is so nice. All the food is top notch and you will com out so happy and satisfied.

Still touring Rugby for the best Indian Restaurant and me & the Veggie ended up in this one for the first time. The place is clean & tidy and right over the road from Wetherspoons. We went early so not many people were in. The popadoms are the best that I have ever had. Chunky and crisp. The Veggie talked... More

We managed to get a last minute reservation for four for that evening (Saturday during Easter) which we were very pleased about as two other restaurants we called in Rugby were fully booked! Seated as soon as we arrived and very attentive service, we had menus and water within 10 mins of sitting down. Food was tasty and what you... More

There was a party of us around 15. An hour an a half wait for starters, which when came were average and half prepared. (Mine forgotten about completely). Mains were ok but service was terrible. We were the only table at one point and still had to wait with empty glasses. We were there for over 4 hours. When we... More

Went here this evening for a family birthday meal. There were 17 of us, we had booked a week in advance. Arrived on time, no surprises to the service team. Our first drink took around 15 minutes to arrive, not a great start. The staff looked uninterested and our table seemed like an inconvenience to them. The starters were ordered... More

Haven't been here for a while and was a little disappointed. Firstly we were sat directly down from the front door which when it opened sent a cold blast, it was busy so no other table to sit at but it was uncomfortable. The service was middling, very polite but slow, had to wait ages for our drinks. The food... More

Counted over 20 people there when we arrived at 7pm, not bad for Rugby on a Monday evening in February - enough to give reasonable atmosphere. Restaurant was nice and warm when we walked in, but heating appeared to be turned off by 8pm. Appears to be an early eating place in the week, as there was only 1 table... More

Wow it's warm in here... Yes it was winter so thank you for the heat... But perhaps next time I should bring my swimming shorts! Service was great in here very attentive set of waiters in here. Like any restaurant though drinks weren't cheap. Food was good and tasty but some items were a little dry and powdery tasting. Overall... More

Wonderful takeaway - or Home Dining, as they prefer to call it. Quality is every bit as good as what is served in the restaurant. In fact, they won't put certain dishes on their takeaway menu so as not to compromise the quality.

Enjoying a rare night out without children we visited the Masala Lounge. We were not disappointed, it was fantastic. Staff were attentive and immediately cleared a mess I'd made on the table with the mango chutney! We had the set menu available all evening on Mon and Tues and till 7.30pm other days at £9.95 per person for 3 courses.... More
