Cuisines: Italian
Dining options: Reservations
Description: We have been coming to Rococos for a few years now as a couple or in small groups and have never been disappointed. This weekend we took a group of 28 there, and unlike other small restaurants who struggle to serve a large group accurately and at the same time, Emily and her family made sure every lovely dish was brought promptly, accurately and with a friendly smile. They were extremely accommodating of special requests and allergies, and even converted a few hardened Zone-1 dwellers to come back out to the suburbs again in the future to visit this lovely restaurant with unbeatable food. we will always keep coming back, and they made a celebration day an even more special experience.

We dropped in after a day out tired and hungry looking forward to a nice Italian by the river. It was scruffy and tired. The food was tough cold and tasteless not freshly cooked even the lemon had seen better days. We didnt even eat the meal after a few bites left.. so sad no one tried.. they didnt make... More

This restaurant is absolutely awful. Never have I been to eat somewhere where are the staff are so rude. When we arrived it was Friday at 1.15pm. The door was locked and a small older woman came to open the door. She did not greet us she simple said straight away that she was far to busy and was lot... More

Visited today for my birthday and I have to say it was one of the best Italian restaurants I have been to. Food was exquisite, top quality and we were served very quickly. Also met the manager who was a lovely and caring Maltese lady.

I went to this so called restaurant with my mum and aunt who were visiting for the weekend. After being seated we were not given any menus by the staff and had to ask for them after several minutes of waiting, not a good start. Following ordering a round of drinks we then had to ask again that someone come... More

We visited on a Saturday lunchtime when it was very quiet. The waiter was polite. My bruschetta starter was okay. The main course - crespolina alla fiorentina - was described on the menu as a crepe, but was actually more like lasagne with no crepe in sight, and initially I thought there had been a mix-up. But it did contain... More

The chef is Italian and Emily his wife, is a petite lady of Maltese descent. they are great people and the food is genuinely Italian. My first visit I had Calf's liver and the it just melted on your tongue. If you like a bit of spicy chilli, ask the chef for his special green chilli and try it with... More

We have been here in the past and had a nice evening with good food and service but things have gone down hill fast! It's as if the elderly woman who runs the restaurant is deliberately trying to ruin the business, it would be funny if it wasn't so tragic. We went for lunch after shopping in Kingston, the young... Great family run Italian restaurant by the Thames, been here several times birthdays etc. Good menu and wine list, I much prefer it to the over crowded Italian chain restaurants in the town. I thought it a much better experience than I'd had at the Jamie Oliver restaurant across the street. In the summer you can sit out on the... More

This restaurant seems to be going out of it's way to add more bad reviews! We chose it because we prefer to support independently owned restaurants and decided against the chains that surround it. We now wish we'd stuck with one of the others. Our wine took 30 minutes to arrive from ordering so we spent the first half an... More

We went there on a Saturday evening to celebrate my birthday. I ordered lasagna which came out like overcooked soft dog food. I called the waiter and told him it tasted awful. I didn't order another dish as we had already waited nearly an hour to be served. Didn't touch my plate which was taken back in the kitchen and... More
