Lovely food, highly priced drinks

Let's get the negatives out of the way first. The prices were for the majority very reasonable. The drinks however my husband and I thought were a bit steep. For example a 330ml bottle of soft drink was £2.50. That is far too much for a small drink. They should get rid of the bottles and just stick... read more

When we want a burger, this is where we go. Food is always good & staff are always friendly & helpful. If you want something slightly different, they do their best to help and they were able to provide a wheat free meal for my coeliac friend, which we've had trouble with in other similar restaurants.

Friendly service and a great meal. Amazing Sweet Potatoe fries - a must! Reasonable prices - maybe the side orders could be cheaper, in all - I recommend a visit.

The burgers were tasty however they are not cheap. The restaurant felt a bit dated and more of a hang out then an actual restaurant. Quite basic decor etc. The staff were friendly and helpful however I'm not sure I'd visit again. Worth going if you haven't been before but wouldn't rush back.

Paid a visit to Blacks burgers after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. Burgers were great and sweet potato fries where yummy just seems to be missing something. Maybe it's the decor that's a mix between a dated 50's cheap diner and organic kitchen that makes you feel somethings amiss. Blacks was quiet when we first arrived and the blonde waitress... More

I went to blacks burger for the first time this week. I had a Nutella milkshake, cheese burger and skinny fries. The milkshake had no flavour, the burger had lots of nasty bits of meat that I was unable to chew and so I couldn't eat it and the fries were undercooked. Big dissapointment I won't be going back

Second time to Blacks Burger and this evening they out done themselves! I had a Juicy Lucy burger with sweet potato fries, and it was easily the best burger I have had in a very long time! There was 10 of us in total, and all were very happy with our meal! The cheese and chilli fries are super tasty,... More

Just back from blacks burger tonight on a Sunday. The burgers were really good couldnt fault them, cooked perfectly medium rare & a good choice of sides and toppings. Staff really let the place down the girl that served us didn't even speak once, we had to ask for ketchup/mustard, had to ask for drinks, had to ask for the... More
