The food here was great. It is also reasonably priced. There is a wider range of food so plenty for everyone to try. There are a lot of vegetarian options too.

Went there for traditional kerela meal called "sadya".Service was quick and food is good. Good value for money. Restaurant size is very small but you get authentic food.I havent tried any other dish or meal there but its dishes are reasonably priced. It was my 2nd visit and both times I had kerela meal as they celebrate Onam so whole... More

Right, so it's a pokey little place, we decided on going to Shan instead on our first night. We ordered lots of different dishes as they were so cheap. Every meal was stunning in it own right. So many new flavours and fishes compared to Northern Indian restaurants. The Kerala chicken was incredible

We agree that the food overall is okay/good. Ambience is kind of simple, but with loud TV etc. We had visited this place some time back, and was okay then - probably startup. However, on some of our recent visits, we noticed a kind of unprofessionalism in the part of the staff. There is a lady who was arrogant in... More

First thing you notice is the cheap decor and living room style atmosphere in there. But this is a humble establishment where you sense the owners havent got thousands of pounds to put that all to right. The plastic bubbled tablecloths also catch your attention. In all honesty, before we ordered, our group were considering jumping ship, but we were... More

Very good value. Attentive service. One thing they could work on is the decor, seems quite rundown and a bit uncared for. The restaurant really needs to be cleaned up, other than that impressed by the good value.

I am South Indian (just across the western ghats from Kerala). The food here was superb and just how it should be: spicily cooked and full of flavour. With the biriyani they give you appalam - a typically Kerala accompaniment. The service too is good and very quick - and did I mention it is extremely affordable. I took a... More

For the same dosa you get in neighbouring Indian restaurant, this place charges you half the price. They make better briyani then some other neighbours although I prefer to get a takeaway from this place than to eat in. Also, there is a washing facility to the right of the bar/counter unlike what the previous reviewer mentioned.

Went to the restaurant by seeing it's gallery pics by google trip advisor. But when we arrived at the restaurant it was nothing like it seemed.very unhygienic environment and no washing facilities.Eventhough the food taste good;couldn't enjoy because of the noisy atmosphere.Hated it and will never visit again.
