Food good but other issues

Lovely food , but the tables are not cleaned proper, menus dirty and the floor is very slippery which is not good but other than that the food is good

We love to have a breakfast here on the weekends. But the last time we were here, we just can't stop but noticed that the place got even dirtier than before. We were shown to the table which wasn't even clean. Seats sticky, lots of crumbs and just generally didn't feel clean. The food was good, but servi very poor.... More

Just had a really good meal. I rarely give 5* but the food, value and service were more than I expected. I had the £9.95 menu with a £2 starter. The starter was their meatballs which were delicious and the chicken and bacon salad which was excellent. Total bill Inc drinks under £20. Fab.

I eat here roughly twice a year and have seen a definite improvement on the service and food on my visit today, the waitress was efficient and the food was good! The only issue I had was that the hall to the toilets smell - contrary to what a previous review stated this is not a cleanliness issue, all restaurants... More

We like frankie and bennys food. It works for both of us, I am a veggie and my other half a massive carnivore. The food is always good, what you expect and pay for. Service is speedy and super polite but it is not the cleanest, especially the toilets. The toilets are smellable from the bar and the corridor walk... More

This is hard as I quite like F&B. We went in at 2pm today quite quiet after the lunch rush. Fairly quiet and the waitress was quite attentive. The food was potato skins with bacon and cheese that was burnt on the top and the bottom. Mozzarella & side salad good. Black and blue burger the bun was akin to... More

On arrival table wasn't presented as well as it could have been like it normally might be in a restaurant, no care was taken. Menus were just chucked on the table and knives and forks were the same. Just neatening it up and having some attention to detail could have made all the difference. The lady that served us was... More

Thought we would have a end of week treat of pancakes and bacon. Staff were quick but didn't get that friendly welcoming vibe from them. So my breakfast arrived and to be honest I was a little disappointed, the bacon looked far from appealing and rather fatty. The pancakes were a little dry and was hoping for maple syrup but... More

We went for lunch today after seeing an early film at the cinema next door. Service was very good throughout, we were being looked after by Chris and he was very good. The food was really rather ordinary though, the sort of thing you'd find at any chain pub but twice the price. Even worse it hadn't been cooked very... More

Just recently visited Frankie 7 Benny's a few days ago, after shopping early evening, we often pop into F& B. Food is Fab, atmosphere/surroundings is friendly & relaxing, and love the background music. F &B is my partners favourite place to eat, and he even loves to go for breakfast at the weekends. Recommend F & B to everyone and... More
