My first reveiw of this pub was back in 2012, and was not a good reveiw. Returned again recently and was pleasently surprised. Excellent service, food was of a good standard. Owner has responded to my last reveiw all be it 2 years after. So i decided to give it a go again. Yes my first visit was poor but... More

I have been to the Village Inn many times and always had a fabulous time (usually brilliant entertainment laid on!) but I have just been to a friends' wedding there on the 27th September and they really pushed the boat out. It was 'very wedding' without being OTT and they truly did, thanks to the weather also, deliver a quintessential... More

My son had his wedding here on the 27 th September and the landlady pulled out all the stops to make the day special! The pub looked fantastic and and the barstaff were wonderful. A great time was had by all and would definitely recommend a night out here.

This pub isn't the best in the area by far. Very small inside, staff are ok, think some are family members. This pub can attract the odd misfit, so beware. Pub is warm, quite dark, yet fairly welcoming. Worrying thing is it's always fairly empty, think locals (like us) prefer the welly or rose and crown.

I used to eat and drink at the welly, however since frequenting the village inn, it almost feels like a home away from home. it is the only dog friendly pub within walking distance of where I live, Laura and her team absolutely adore dogs and they are always very welcoming. There is a fully enclosed garden with a cocktail... More

We like the food here, but you can never rely on food being served. Often have gone here wanting to eat but the kitchen is closed. When we have eaten the food is always excellent and i would recommend.

We were looking for a quick pub to go into as there was a storm outside (this was last December) and found this place. We then read a sign on the door saying the kitchen was shut until January, so we went to the fish and chips next door and went back with it, expecting to buy a couple of... More

The Village Inn Sandhurst seemed like as good a place as any to enjoy a quiet drink with my friend James before he continued his drive back to London, he was an usher at my wedding and I'd not seen him for a few months so a good chin-wag was in order. First impressions were very pleasant indeed, I only... More
