Description: The stylish and vibrant Brasserie at Pennyhill Park has enjoyed an extensive refurbishment to become one of the most enjoyable destinations in Surrey for informal yet chic dining. From spectacular lunchtime buffets to the tantalising new Early Bird choices and mouth-watering a la carte menu in the evenings, the Brasserie has something to suit every palate. The Brasserie's new menu reflects its full support of local producers and keeping in tune with the seasons. Designed by Head Chef Ram Jalasutram, the specialities include a Home Smoked and Cured Fish and a Crustacean Plate, consisting of Maldon oysters, crab, langoustines, prawns and shrimp and main courses such as saddle of Sussex mutton, boulangere of shoulder, shallot puree, olive and garlic jus. Every Sunday, the already buzzing Brasserie comes alive to the sounds of the fabulously talented 'Jubilee Jazz Trio' as seen on TV and heard on the radio! So whilst you enjoy the mouth-watering delights of the buffet, including the traditional roasts and seasonal seafood dishes with all the trimmings, the jazz band will keep you entertained - they even do requests!

Poor Sunday lunch, particularly iin comparison with other 5 star hotels. Starters were excellent but main course vegatables were well over cooked and the pork I had was very dry. Puddings were almost non existent. The concept of a roving jazz trio is great but the reality was a long way short of the standard to be expected of such... More

Now let's start by saying that the hotel rooms are to die for and the million pound plus spa is superb. The cocktail menu is phenomenal and the bar has a lovely ambience. However, like a school report "could do better" springs to mind here. Portions are small to say the least - they seem to have run out of... More

I had high expectations of this restaurant, seeing as the hotel - including the food - were phenomenal. I wouldn't say there was anything wrong with the food at the Brassier, or anything wrong with the service (apart from the waiter bringing out the wrong starter, but I digress). I just can't say anything more than that: it was nice.

Dined here during our stay, food dreadful, such a let down for the hotel & needs to be looked at. It wasn't just a once off as we dined here 3 times. Portions were shockingly small but Service excellent.

We celebrated my sister in laws 50th Birthday lunch here. Beautiful Sunny day, good waitress and good food. Although buffet the starters were really nice especially prawns and mussels. They managed to get the bill completeley wrong, however it was soon sorted The hotel is amazing and lovely areas to sit in. Nice place to go to celebrate something special.

Good attentive service, but not too much in your face. The menu was varied and had some interesting choices. The wine list is not too long, but has some nice varieties. The ambience was just right with a mixture of all ages. The food was well presented and perfectly cooked. All in all a good experience. I will be going... More

Not worth the price, and the style of the restaurant is more like a school cantene. The standard of food was the same as Ask or Zizzi but considering this is meant to be a 5 star hotel it is just not good enough.

The Pennyhill is situated in a beautiful surrounds and that includes the Brasserie. From the moment we walked into the restaurant we were greeted and accommodated by friendly and polite staff. Our party included my wife and two boys aged 7 and 6 who found the children’s menu particularly entertaining as it was designed by children from a local school.... More

Another fine meal in the Brasserie. Attentive service with a good choice of food and wines. Great tastes and good portion sizes. My wife didn't want the tomato in her main so offered an alternative side. Cheese board was fab. Coffee and petit four in the bar after was good

The wife & I both agreed the Sunday roast buffet was delicious. Such an extensive selection, we had to be careful not to take to much as a starter or we wouldn't be able to manage our main! All perfectly cooked, juicy roast beef & the best gravy ever! Service, as you would expect was spot on, very attentive but... More
