Description: The stylish and vibrant Brasserie at Pennyhill Park has enjoyed an extensive refurbishment to become one of the most enjoyable destinations in Surrey for informal yet chic dining. From spectacular lunchtime buffets to the tantalising new Early Bird choices and mouth-watering a la carte menu in the evenings, the Brasserie has something to suit every palate. The Brasserie's new menu reflects its full support of local producers and keeping in tune with the seasons. Designed by Head Chef Ram Jalasutram, the specialities include a Home Smoked and Cured Fish and a Crustacean Plate, consisting of Maldon oysters, crab, langoustines, prawns and shrimp and main courses such as saddle of Sussex mutton, boulangere of shoulder, shallot puree, olive and garlic jus. Every Sunday, the already buzzing Brasserie comes alive to the sounds of the fabulously talented 'Jubilee Jazz Trio' as seen on TV and heard on the radio! So whilst you enjoy the mouth-watering delights of the buffet, including the traditional roasts and seasonal seafood dishes with all the trimmings, the jazz band will keep you entertained - they even do requests!

As good as before and for the quality of the food the value is very good. Service was very good too.

Friday night late dinner at the Brasserie and we were not expecting too much. Our experience was delightful. With a discreet table by the window, overlooking the spa and grounds, highly professional and attentive and friendly service we enjoyed the excellent food. Be aware that the prices match the 5* location. To be charged £1 for a sauce to go... More

Whilst we didn't stay at the hotel we did have my birthday celebration in the Brasserie restaurant. My wife had visited a few times for afternoon tea with the girls and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Not so with my visit. The food was acceptable but the service was very poor considering the added 10% service charge. In a very hot... More

just great. Spacy restaurant and excellent food in an intimate atmosphere. Wheather you want to spoil yourself with apple-apricot crumble or breadpudding or you want to keep it healty with grilled veggies, it is all there. What more do you want

Food was excellent, there was a rowdy crowd in which made it feel like we were in a pub though. Service a little rushed but attentive.

We have eaten in the Brasserie many times over the past 10 years and this time it was different. Previously we have never had anything bad to say and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We tried to book this time on the day. Normally this is not a problem but OpenTable initially said nothing was available. We called PennyHill park and... More

We had Sunday lunch here and it was lovely. The food was excellent and the staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. There was a jazz band playing near the table we were first sitting at and I asked if we could be moved (as jazz isn't my husbands first love). The restaurant was very busy and full but the... More

Firstly we had drinks in the lovely garden area before we ate in the Brasserie. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The first course of the buffet was very good and just the type of food we like to eat. The main course was not as appetising as the starters but the dessert course was excellent. We hadn't been... We went to this hotel for a family wedding, and spent Three days in a beautiful room, the food was very good, and the actual wedding breakfast was perfect, if I needed to hold a big function be it family and friends or business, I think you would have to go a long way to beat this place .
