The stylish and vibrant Brasserie at Pennyhill Park has enjoyed an extensive refurbishment to become one of the most enjoyable destinations in Surrey for informal yet chic dining. From spectacular lunchtime buffets to the tantalising new Early Bird choices and mouth-watering a la carte menu in the evenings, the Brasserie has something to suit every palate. The Brasserie's new menu reflects its full support of local producers and keeping in tune with the seasons. Designed by Head Chef Ram Jalasutram, the specialities include a Home Smoked and Cured Fish and a Crustacean Plate, consisting of Maldon oysters, crab, langoustines, prawns and shrimp and main courses such as saddle of Sussex mutton, boulangere of shoulder, shallot puree, olive and garlic jus. Every Sunday, the already buzzing Brasserie comes alive to the sounds of the fabulously talented 'Jubilee Jazz Trio' as seen on TV and heard on the radio! So whilst you enjoy the mouth-watering delights of the buffet, including the traditional roasts and seasonal seafood dishes with all the trimmings, the jazz band will keep you entertained - they even do requests!

The food and service at the Brasserie was very good, which was booked for our first night. I had the braised shoulder of lamb with green beans and confit shallots, which I would recommend. Lovely food. Service between starter and main could have been a bit quicker but all in all very good.

We were treating ourselves to a peaceful night away without the kids and our dinner ticked all the boxes. We had superb pre-dinner drinks mixed by a charming batman who clearly knew his way around a well-stocked bar. The dining room had a great atmosphere and the staff were fully attentive but not at all intrusive. The food was all... More

Visited recently, had a wonderful 3 course meal! Size of portions were good! Had salmon and mackerel to start, very nice. Lamb shank and spatchcock chicken for main, nicely presented and well cooked. Service was great, although did get a little slow once it got busy at around 9pm but we didn't mind as we're happy to wait a bit... More

My wife was late home from work and neither of us felt like cooking so we went up to Pennyhill Park on the off chance that we could get into the Brasserie. The Ascot bar was not to busy and we presented ourselves to the reception with hopeful looks on our faces. The Matre'D told us that they were busy,... More

if you're looking for inexpensive then this isn't the place. If you're looking for impeccable, attentive yet discreet service and wonderful food then this is certainly the place! Beautiful, beautiful surroundings. Relaxed and informal eatery, excellent food choice. It's rather a steep incline to the restaurant from the car park, bear this in mind if wearing heels, although you can... More

This is the third occasion we have dined in the brasserie restaurant and each time we have had the same waitress. We received exceptional service with a friendly approach, highly recommend. Thank you Sarah see you again soon 😘

Having read the other reviews, I can only conclude that the local market wants something different to London (where this restaurant would close in a month). Terrible food. Unimaginative, badly made, stodgy. I had a gnocchi of chestnuts with mushroom ragu which was the first thing I couldn't eat in a restaurant in years. And nothing else ordered by others... More

The service was top notch. The food - was of high quality, but not the best I've experienced. But at £93 for 2 courses, and 4 drinks (for 2 people) is not that bad. (The same at Gordon Ramsay's Maze Restaurant cost us £147.
