Description: The stylish and vibrant Brasserie at Pennyhill Park has enjoyed an extensive refurbishment to become one of the most enjoyable destinations in Surrey for informal yet chic dining. From spectacular lunchtime buffets to the tantalising new Early Bird choices and mouth-watering a la carte menu in the evenings, the Brasserie has something to suit every palate. The Brasserie's new menu reflects its full support of local producers and keeping in tune with the seasons. Designed by Head Chef Ram Jalasutram, the specialities include a Home Smoked and Cured Fish and a Crustacean Plate, consisting of Maldon oysters, crab, langoustines, prawns and shrimp and main courses such as saddle of Sussex mutton, boulangere of shoulder, shallot puree, olive and garlic jus. Every Sunday, the already buzzing Brasserie comes alive to the sounds of the fabulously talented 'Jubilee Jazz Trio' as seen on TV and heard on the radio! So whilst you enjoy the mouth-watering delights of the buffet, including the traditional roasts and seasonal seafood dishes with all the trimmings, the jazz band will keep you entertained - they even do requests!

Service was good at the start and then drifted away. Food was fair to good - not served particularly hot. Selection from table d'hôte was good. WINE - how can any restaurant charge £34.40 corkage - the wine we drank was available at Tesco for £5.60 and they charged £40. Daylight robbery. The much billed brasserie is just the general... Had a great Xmas meal with a large group from work. On arrival we sat in the bar for a few hours where service was a bit slow but with a vast choice of drinks and complimentary snacks, the time flew by and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. We then set off on our meal which was located in the... More

We were delighted when we received a present for the Sunday Lunch with Jazz in The Brasserie of Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa and eagerly awaited our reservation weekend. We arrived at 12.30hrs and were quickly shown to our table and introduced to our charming and efficient waiter. The restaurant was not full, but it was early and it did... More

A group of 20 of us recently visited for the lunch time service and I could not recommend this restaurant enough. I was somewhat apprehensive that this was a buffet style roast dinner - but I should not have worried, the food was wonderful. The restaurant staff were attentive and the bar staff were very knowledgable & the cocktails were... More

We have been to Penny Hill Park several times for meals and until now found it very good. Sadly, yesterday at a Jazz Lunch arranged for a 70th birthday celebration, it wasn't so good. It was great to see the roaring fire in the great hall, and the Jazz music was marvellous, as usual. But the car valeting was inefficient,... More

We had a buffet style lunch in the Brasserie which was fine as a buffet goes but in my opinion was somewhat over priced. In addition the price of drinks was prohibitive with a simple white wine spritzer costing almost £15 and an ordinary bottle of Valpolicella being well over £40 ! The restaurant was busy so obviously some people... More

Lamb Sunday Dinner - brilliant. Wine list extensive. Only issue was no draft cider, but that will just be me I think.

It started in the bar we asked for particular single malt which was not available and the waiter came mumbling something about another Malt with no clear explanation, these things happen. Went for dinner in the Brasserie atmosphere nothing special almost like Happy Eater restaurant, ordered the food very simple steak over cooked and cold, it was not one but... More
