Description: The stylish and vibrant Brasserie at Pennyhill Park has enjoyed an extensive refurbishment to become one of the most enjoyable destinations in Surrey for informal yet chic dining. From spectacular lunchtime buffets to the tantalising new Early Bird choices and mouth-watering a la carte menu in the evenings, the Brasserie has something to suit every palate. The Brasserie's new menu reflects its full support of local producers and keeping in tune with the seasons. Designed by Head Chef Ram Jalasutram, the specialities include a Home Smoked and Cured Fish and a Crustacean Plate, consisting of Maldon oysters, crab, langoustines, prawns and shrimp and main courses such as saddle of Sussex mutton, boulangere of shoulder, shallot puree, olive and garlic jus. Every Sunday, the already buzzing Brasserie comes alive to the sounds of the fabulously talented 'Jubilee Jazz Trio' as seen on TV and heard on the radio! So whilst you enjoy the mouth-watering delights of the buffet, including the traditional roasts and seasonal seafood dishes with all the trimmings, the jazz band will keep you entertained - they even do requests!

Food was standard fare nothing exciting and way over priced . Even breakfast was not up... More

Having eaten in the Latymer restaurant (see separate review) the night before we knew this wouldn't be "fine dining" but had high hopes. Although the service was amiable the food, apart from the desserts, which were very pleasant, was very ordinary. The portions were too large - I asked for a starter-sized portion for my main course but what arrived... More

Every time we've eaten in the Brasserie the food and service have been 5*. The restaurant on the whole is quite open in layout, which would be my only criticism.

Great service and delicious food. The Waiter Tomas was so friendly and polite. I had the seared Pave fillet of beef which was beautifully tender and full of flavour.

It was my daughters and wife's birthday separated by just two days so my daughter booked dinner in the Brasserie at Pennyhill Park where we have dinned several times before but about 5-6 years ago. From the moment you drive down the long tree lined drive up towards the hotel carpark you know your visiting somewhere very special, the decor... More

This used to be a great restaurant with excellent service but I have to agree with a previous reviewer comparing this with the larger chains such as Zizi's or Prezzo's. The tables are squeezed in so couples are sitting side by side (one of my pet hates) and the standard of service is decidedly average e.g. pre dinner drink glasses... More

3 fantastic courses and all cooked and prepared to perfection. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing like it can be in other places. Iced water is served with your meal even if you have ordered other drinks which is how it should be. We will definitely be back.
