Breakfast wasn't great

Myself and my family went for breakfast last week and it wasn't great. No one came over and explained what to do or where anything was and so it was left to people that had eaten there before to explain. A girl called Charlotte came over and asked how many adults and children but still didn't ask... read more

Visited here for the first time for a family members birthday and have to say the customer service was fantastic and the food was nice!

We visited on Bank Holiday Monday and it was relatively busy and we was given a table straight away. Our drinks came over quickly and order taken. Our meals took 15/20 mins to arrive which is pretty standard if you ask me. The food was hot and fresh. Couldn't fault the service. We will definitely come back soon.

Went for Sunday Lunch the service was shocking the server who was assigned our table had no knowledge of what draft ales were available.Ordered a pint of dry cider and was served a glass of ice and a bottle of cider, someone who ordered sweet cider was served strongbow as this is now sweet cider. We all wanted a Sunday... More

We went on a Saturday evening and were part of a table of 8. Our waitress seamed happy and friendly, drinks were kept flowing. Food took almost an hour to arrive and was average pub fair, the kind you get at any pub chain. The price of the food was average also, they defiantly make their money on the alcoholic... More

Been a fair few times and each time is different. Nothing special just another chain pub. I find that if you are in a group of 4 or more the service is excellent but if you are less it can be a long wait. As you expect a chain pub the food is all the same it can be bland... More

We've been a fair few times, it was pretty decent at first but slipped down hill slightly since. We did have a problem which wasn't sorted a couple of Christmas's ago which has left us reluctant to return unless we have to. Food can be hit and miss, worth a visit as its certainly not bad, only average.

After a long day we were looking forward to a tasty, hot dinner. We were disappointed. I can't recommend this place. When macaroni cheese isn't cooked properly that's a worry! Just the pasta and grated cheese no sauce.

Visited for breakfast and dinner for 2 nights when staying next door at the Premier Inn. Highly recommend this restaurant as the food was delicious, well cooked and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again when staying at the Premier Inn.
