Early dinner

Picked my son up from work and went for dinner. Slow service. When the food arrived it certainly didn't look value for money. My son had to ask for condiments. The coleslaw had a very weird taste and was mainly thick cabbage. Very disappointed for my first visit here.

Not impressed crap microwave food and the chef needs to learn how to cook a steak. Plus overpriced for what you actually get.

We have had many meals at this restaurant and have not once had an issue. The food is great and the staff always go the extra mile. This has to be our favourite restaurant of all time!

Took my family out on Good Friday afternoon. Not a lot of customers in at all.. Asked waiting time, was told 10 - 15 minutes..took 45 mins after several reminders. Such small portions, just warm. Ordered sweets, again small and took a long time. Not value for money at all.. Complained..was given two vouchers but needed too spend over £60... More

Great atmosphere, great service. Food is what you expect for a chain establishment but was of an excellent standard. I signed up to the loyalty card they have last visit, and have since been sent many money off vouchers - definetly worth doing. Would highly recommend giving The Colliers a try.

This is our 4th meal here in the last 6 months. We were a little apprehensive after reading the resent reviews and hearing that there was now a new manager and Jason had been moved As it was our wedding anniversary we booked into the hotel next door (a lot cheaper than having a taxi or drink driving) We were... Have been to the Colliers twice recently, once with friends, and also on Mothers Day. On both occasions we have had fantastic service, and the meals have been of a excellent quality. The staff are extremely helpful, and always try their best to make your visit vey enjoyable. The food, although typical pub food, is of a very good standard.... More

I am a bit surprised by some of the negative reviews on here as i have always found the staff very helpful. I have been there a couple of times just for a coffee and you would think i was spending £200 not £2.50 as they were very attentive. I have only had one meal there and it was OK... More

It has been over 12 months since our last visit ,so decided to give it another try .Menu improved and food also. It is not fine dinning but value for money especially if you " mothers dine free after 2pm Sunday " Danniella our waitress couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant . pleasantly surprised and will go back.
