Very average

After a long day we were looking forward to a tasty, hot dinner. We were disappointed. I can't recommend this place. When macaroni cheese isn't cooked properly that's a worry! Just the pasta and grated cheese no sauce.

Visited for breakfast and dinner for 2 nights when staying next door at the Premier Inn. Highly recommend this restaurant as the food was delicious, well cooked and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again when staying at the Premier Inn.

As we were staying next door at The Premier Inn, we decided to have breakfast at a restaurant with our name on it....The Colliers!! Great service and a great price. Kids eat free too! Table service....we ordered breakfast and it was brought to the table. Ideal! I hate buffets! Porridge was lovely too!! They'd run out of their normal bacon... More

Whilst the pub itself is quite nice - minimaliastic and modern the food is I'm afraid not great. Microwaved fodder as served by so many "plastic pubs", adequate and not horrible but not great either. It's been some time since I ate there and hopefully the ridiculous waiting times have now been reduced. It's quite a popuar venue and I'm... More

We were escorted to a table away from the door as I said I was a bit chilled. Seated and asked if we would like to order any drinks which we did. He then took our order and then asked if it was a special occasion, which it wasn't. The menu was standard I think but there was something for... More

Visited sun 5/7/15, booked for Sunday lunch. Upon arrival was informed sold out of Beef. It was only an average meal, nothing to shout about. Have eaten here before and was well satisfied before but this time was disappointed. Will return again but not anytime soon. Shame because it is local.

We were staying at the adjacent Premier Inn and The Colliers was the location for breakfast. We were greeted by a friendly waitress who explained the breakfast selection and showed us to our table. The restaurant offers a hot buffet selection as well as juices, cereals, fruit, cakes, etc; a very good spread. The food was hot and freshly cooked,... More
