Been here a few times now and not once have I been disappointed. I even have works christmas dinners here and they are well organised. I can highly recommend the chicken with a full rack of ribs. Service has always been with a smile and food has always come out at the right temperature. Highly recommended for any one with... More

I have had several meals here and not been disappointed. Service is good and the menu is quite varied. Three of us chose different courses each and we were all pleased. I wouldn't choose it for a really special occasion but for an occasional treat it's perfect.

Food is warmed up microwaved at best, chicken tasted like rubber and chemicals not fresh, that reformed cheap stuff yuck!!! Staff were ok but you can wait a while to be served. Overall I wasn't impressed with the food at all. Cheap enough but I personally would rather pay slightly more and eat edible food.

Service was not so good, as it was 3ish there was only one member of staff on. The food was not overly hot. Asked for a refill drink and was forgotten.

Met my brother there who was from Worcester and visiting family, and was very disappointed with the food as well as the service we received. I ordered soup for my wife and asked for it to come out with the main courses that my brother ordered, it came out 10 minutes before, no knife to cut the bread and no... More

Arriving just after 7pm on a Friday I was made welcome and seated at a table, as requested, with good lighting. My drinks order, a J2O with the rare Glitterberry flavour was soon taken, and served. The gourmet burger was excellent, as was the Jersey ice cream that I enjoyed for dessert. The menu had a wide range of items,... More

I've seen an improvement from when we first went here years ago. Staff are extra attentive, food is great can't complain and the atmosphere is great as the place is so well presented. I think the biggest change here was the staff because they could make all the difference to a pleasant meal. Keep up the good work. But maybe... More
