This is a lovely tea shop with a good garden. Friendly service - I wanted the fry-up and despite it being after the specified breakfast time, it wasn't a problem. The breakfasts were really nice and filling, the cream tea also very nice. However, I would say it was a touch on the pricey side. Two breakfasts, a pot of... More

Seriously, I would move to Dulverton just to be able to go to the Copper Kettle every day - it's like visiting your Granny's house and being spoilt rotten! Firstly the service is excellent, nothing is too much trouble - my hubby wanted a breakfast but it had gone beyond breakfast ordering, but they made him one anyway! Secondly, a... More

Called in after a day exploring Exmoor. Our B&B landlady had recommended it, and she was right. we seated our selves in the charming back garden. I had a massive slice of lemon meringue pie, and my wife's cream tea for one had enough jam and cream for four!

What a delightful place to sit and have tea. With a backdrop of hills visible from the green lawn. Very peaceful. The waitress was very friendly. We came after a visit to the Heritage centre but can't leave a review for that as it's not listed. The ladies there were so helpful and beguiling they made you feel you wanted... More

What a lovely surprise, after all the year's of visiting Dulverton, we had not been to The Copper Kettle. We had spoken to a lady at Westermill Farm who recommended it. On a hot sunny afternoon, we were so impressed to find the huge garden out the back, in a lovely setting, even a little conservatory to sit in, if... More

You do. to often find a good tea room with a selection of home made cakes, they all seem to think it is so easy to jump on the bandwagon. Here is a place that likes people and wants to serve them with delicious food. One of my regular haunts now when in Dulverton.

We stopped here while visiting the area and had a cream tea in the garden. Nice portion of jam and cream and two scones each and a pot of tea. The staff were very nice and friendly and they let dogs in as well. Very friendly family run tea rooms
