Oh my... Looking forward to relaxing Sunday brunch in Clevedon , fav resort for 90 yr old Ma in law - took her a while to walk up the path of this so called restaurant, due to her arthritis . Waited for 10 minutes to be served . It was 11.05 by now . A waiter brusquely informed us that... More

A nice little place on the seafront to stop off serving good coffee and cakes. The service was outstanding, nice people who looked after their customers well.

We love this cafe and generally visit at least once a month on a Sunday morning. Good coffee and cakes. Great venue in the summer and winter alike.

I booked Number 5 for my partners birthday. They were so incredibly accommodating and helpful. I was told we could decorate the table area if we wanted. We could order a cake, and despite numbers swelling in our party by the day before our booking they could not have been more understanding. The restaurant is a beautiful place with lovely... More

A windy, rainy dog walk around Clevedon; on a whim we stopped at Five the Beach for coffee and toasted tea cakes, opting to sit outside with our spaniel Harry. It was one of those things which just works out perfectly. The staff were lovely and brought Harry some dog biscuits in a cup (he was delighted), the coffee was... More

We we're let down by another local restaurant who had to cancel our booking due to equipment failure. Number Five found us a table at short notice and provided a very tasty meal (chicken schnitzel and nice rare burger) land lovely dessert.

Had my husband's 40th party there over the Christmas period. Food was fantastic (lamb Tagine and spagetti puttanesca and hot cohocolate brownies), had lots of comments about the great food and fantastic venue. The owner let us decorate as we liked (although lots of pretty lights so wasn't really needed) and couldn't have been more helpful. I (the organiser) had... More

Went to a wedding reception here on 23rd December. My first visit and it was every bit as good as I was led to believe. A warm welcome and great food. I am going back to sample their breakfast after a walk on Clevedon seafront. Try this little gem of a restaurant.
