Nice place for a relaxed lunch

Old fashioned cafe which serves good quality food at reasonable prices. Service a little slow but its nice not to have to rush sometimes

nice enough food, but service can be too slow for food if you are on your lunchbreak from work, fine if you have no time restraints

This used to be a great little cafe, serving good food with attentive and friendly staff. I have to say, haven't been for years but what a shame it's lost all of it's charm. I spent the whole time with my coat on as the place was cold (we'd been seated up the back) food was distinctly average and overpriced,... More

A favourite cafe of mine and my parents. Lovely cosy cafe serving yummy food. Big selection of food. Good prices. Always happy when have eaten here.

Grubby, slow, uninspiring, and not cheap either. Went there as one of our party had visited before and enjoyed it. It has gone badly downhill!

In my opinion this is the most welcoming cafe in Thame, especially if you have have young children. The food is basic cafe style but always tasty and good portions.

I was foolish enough to have the unfortunate experience of eating here twice. We were passing and very hungry and convenience conned me into going in here. Do not waste your money or time. Food = appalling and served with mould on it (really this did happen) Staff = complacent and dirty. Atmosphere= cold, literally freezing cold, and don't visit... More

Bit surprised to see the negative reviews on here, but we came here just after Xmas 2014 and just wanted a coffee and a bit of cake. My daughter's milkshake did not arrive but in the end she did not want it in any case (it was a bloomin' cold day after all) and the waitress was very apologetic. It... More

Popped in for coffee with family, service was very slow, tables not cleared after we had been sitting at the table for a while. Coffee was good, but generally the decor and atmosphere did not make this a good experience. It is a real shame because it is a lovely old building and could be so nice. Seems to be... More

Popped into the Coffee House for a light snack and drink. It was a busy day in there but not full, still quite a few empty tables although most we're not cleared or cleaned. We walked all the way up through the shop to the back to sit and must say our table could have done with a good wipe..... More
