The food was delicious, the service and atmosphere was excellent and the style was smart and up to date. I really enjoyed my slow cook brisket, refried with vegetables. my husband 's steak was cooked to perfection (medium rare). There were some interesting combinations of food flavours. Don't go if you are looking for a standard pub food on a...

Quaint pub with YUMMY food. Myself and my husband first found this pub after we had got lost on a walk and ended up in Bledington. We had been wading through water up to our knees so we were slightly mucky looking going in..much to the horror of some of the clientele kitted out in their sunday tweed. I think...

I first visited the Kings Head in about 1990 with a friend who lived locally. I have eaten there ever since when in the area. The faces have changed, but the location, the beer, the food, oh the food,.... all as wonderful as ever. My favourite is Sunday Lunch, but the other evening we dined on sea trout with samphire,...

We escaped from London for a night away on the bank holiday weekend and found a haven at the Kings Head Inn. Beautifully placed on the village green. It was idyllic with children playing in the stream, sunny afternoon. Comfortable room and delicious breakfast. Lovely dining areas, cosy and welcoming.
Always a good range of beers and an extensive menu, with a great burger night on Wednesdays. Lovely to sit outside on a warm evening with the quacking ducks in the stream. It's what the Cotswolds is all about.
I have already rated this Inn on the USA website, and can only say that this Inn, along with Archie and his staff make for a beautiful mix!! This was our second visit in four years and I know it will not be our last. After flying from SFO to Heathrow, this is like finding heaven!! The courtyard rooms, though...

You MUST try the white onion curry soup with the vanilla oil float! I really enjoyed the Lemon Pressie as well!
A lovely little pub in the Cotswolds, the Kings Head combines a traditional and cosy interior with a great menu which varies day by day. We ate three times here, including on Burger night, and the food was of a consistently high standard. A kilo of mussels in stout, Sirloin steak and skinny fries, and pork burger with Wasabi dip,...
