Description: Set in an attractive building, this central Abingdon Italian restaurant offers everything that you would expect from the ASK Italian chain: a fun atmosphere, good food and a prime location. During the day this is a particularly family-friendly restaurant, with a good value kids menu to tempt even the most demanding of youngsters. Whilst in the evening the place really starts to bustle, with couples and groups of friends enjoying a meal out in Abingdon. You can even eat outside in the summer, something that few restaurants in Abingdon can boast. You can choose from a wide range of pizza and pasta dishes, or opt for a salad, risotto or calzone. You could even try something a little different - the ASK Italian burger, an Italian-influenced take on the American classic. ASK Italian Abingdon also has a good selection of wines and beer to wash it all down with.

Fantastic service always professional and the female manager is really on top of it. The food is consistently good. Good value especially with the vouchers available. Well worth a visit.

Think we were served by the manageress/maitre d' and she was excellent, We were given plenty of time, advice and friendly chat. We were pleased with our choices, sharing a starter and dessert being just the right amount.

Best ASK restaurant i've ever been to, always busy because it doesn't feel like a chain restaurant but still has the reasonable prices.

The Ask in Abingdon has a fantastic location - in an old chapel in the town square. The interior is as original as a chapel that's been turned into a restaurant could be. It's a real plus. The place is also large, so you can usually get a table. We really enjoyed our meal there. The service was quick and... More

We decided (family of 5) to try Ask for a change as usually when in Abingdon Pizza Express is our preferred option. What a mistake! The young female waitress looked so miserable and couldn't even answer a simple question about what cheese was on the top of my pasta and didn't make any attempt to find out and simply guessed... Average food, average service, greatly over priced for the quality. I didn't like the quality of the food, the building is nice though

Would recommend for a chilled out dinner. Reasonably priced and helpful service. The garlic and rosemary bread is delicious so would definitely recommend. They will even part cook it for you so you can take it home!
