If you want the genuine Fawlty Towers experience, you've struck gold with Teversal Grange. The absence of human life in the dining room should have been the alarm bell to u-turn out of the front door and career out of the car park, but we thought we'd try it as the new chef's menu was recommended. The menu was lacklustre... More

The meal was mediocre, only just warm, and selection of both meats, and vegetables average. The meat served onto our plates was both fatty... More

5 of us went for a sunday carvery and really enjoyed it. Staff were very polite and welcoming and food was lovely. Puddings only £1.50 and the chocolate sponge was yummy. Definitely worth a visit, excellent value for money.

We stayed at the nearby caravan site this weekend & thought we would give the Grange a try in the knowledge that it had recently reopened under new ownership. We were a little bit worried when we popped in Saturday lunchtime to see if we needed to book for the evening & there were only a handful of people in... More

Sunday carvery is first class, you must book though as it is very popular. Saturday evening entertainment and a meal at around £12 each, the artists are very good, a new one every week, varying from Solo singers to tribute bands. Very impressive building from the outside, with an enormous cricket ground to the rear. Good selection of hand pumped... More

We recently moved close to here and decided to pop in a week or so ago for a drink one night. Well, we really felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. The locals were really friendly and we were greeted with a "helllo" from a few and the bar staff were lovely. We tried some food... More
