One of the best cafes in Morpeth. If I eat anymore of their scones I may turn into one. December was the best month of 2014 when I discovered their hot turkey sandwiches with stuffing and cranberry sauce. My lunch breaks became very enjoyable... The calories were worth it, you're supposed to layer up over the winter after all! Great... More

We visited Morpeth from newcastle for a bit of a change! We found this tearoom to have a bit of lunch. I had Welsh rarebit and a toasted tea cake and it was all lovely food. The atmosphere and staff were all friendly and kind too and the place was packed with a queue. The only issue was it said... More

Some great Christmas specials on the menu at the moment. All the usuals still available, love the Tuna Melt Baguette. Very friendly service.

I've been to this establishment on a number of occasions and never been disappointed with service or food. However, I'd like to recommend their 'Tea for Two' menu option. We had a lovely cup of coffee and a scone at this tearoom whilst visiting Morpeth. The owner was utterly charming and all the cakes and pastries were home baked. Nicely decorated, good food and well priced with a convivial atmosphere ensured we will return next time we visit.

It was our first time in this tearoom and my two year old loved it almost as much as me! Serving staff took our order very quickly and were extremely helpful and friendly. It was very busy and it still didn't take long for our food which was delicious and my loose leaf tea was also fantastic. A lovely place... More
