I ordered a roll and sausage and a ham panini , a coffee and a tea - total just under £15.00 .I only had Ten pound note in my purse... so handed them a debit card: only to be told they do not accept them .

Just wanted a full English, quickly, as we had missed breakfast, and were passing through. We had a breakfast each, my partner loved hers and would likely have given this 5 stars. Egg and bacon cooked to perfection. I often however bemoan the lack of decent sausage, and this was no exception...in fact, the single sausage that came with it,... More

Bailey's is always busy but it's worth trying to grab a table. Great breakfasts, I'd particularly recommend the bacon buttie, decent coffee and friendly service.

We have three doggies and can struggle to find places to eat. We were recommended Baileys. No worries as the dogs are allowed in the lower part of the cafe . My Ploughmans was tasty and very substantial . My wife's jacket spud was lovely too. Very reasonably priced. Give it a go.

Stopped off here late on a Sunday afternoon. Inside it is full of random decorations, shabby chic tin plaques, odd toys, bathroom mirrors and other such 'unique' decorations. However the coffee was lovely, the toasted tea cakes were delicious and the service was excellent. Don't be put off by first impressions it was worth the visit.

I come regular to this place as it is friendly, warm and welcoming. I can't comment on the choice of food/ quality of the food as I only ever order from the variety of lovely cakes. One of my favorite in the area. Quick service, never had to wait for more than 5 minutes.

Took a colleague for lunch on a quiet day in February. Bailey's was not too busy and the lunch was fab. I had the vegetable soup which arrived with warm crusty bread and followed this with one of their home made fruit scones. Scone came with Cornish cream and jam and was to die for! Nice seating with a few... More

This cafe is basically fine. The food is nice enough and the staff are friendly and quick. It's nothing special but worth popping into if you're hungry and cold.

Enjoyed the collection of bits and bobs on walls and ceiling! Mochas were very good, cakes even better ( millionaires shortcake and snickers cake), great value (£8) and quick service. Best of all, a comfy settee to sit on. Recommended

Bailey's cafe is perfectly located right in the heart of the picturesque town of Alnwick, It serves a wide range of foods including breakfasts, lunches and snacks. Soup and a sandwich is a good inexpensive combination but all the dishes are reasonably priced. Service is efficient and friendly.
