Fancied a different brew

I wanted to try a different tea, so in the evenings I could have a non alcoholic drink. The advice and guidance was brilliant. Thank you

Caroline and her team are passionate about tea, there are so many amazing ones to choose from and they always know just the one to recommend. The soups and scones are delicious too. A visit to Alnwick wouldn't be complete without a visit here!

Called in here this morning. I had tea and freshly baked fruit scone, the hubby a delicious hot choc and savoury scone. Owner was very helpful and friendly and everything was delicious. Thank you

I loved the atmosphere in this cafe and the service was great will come again when I'm next in town. The tea was very nice and id strongly recommend it. The scone and soup were also lovely and complimented each other very well.

Popped into Bari Tea Brewery on a cold Sunday afternoon and was warmed by the hospitality and the tea! I indulged in a tasty tomato and lentil soup with cheese and mustard scone, the owner recommended the perfect Oolong tea to accompany my lunch. I would highly recommend Bari Tea Brewery to others visiting the area!

This is a wonderful quirky tea room. The soups were delicious and the scones pretty gorgeous too. All the teas are in jars that you can sniff before choosing. My only regret is that I didn't have room for the scrumptious looking cakes that were on offer. The proprietor was very warm and friendly and I would go back tomorrow!

Visited this afternoon with a friend after a cold walk. Really lovely cosy cafe. Soup was amazing, tasty and filling. So many tea options and lovely owner has no problem with helping in the decision making! The cakes looked wonderful. The cheese scone is one of the best I've ever tasted

Made very welcome, fantastic choice of tea and very knowledgeable owner. Lovely home-made warm scones, a cosy atmosphere and well worth a visit.

Alnwick's answer to cafe society. Tea is the specialty (you can buy it on-line) and I'm told the coffee is good too. Scones and soup are all homemade and first rate. But the star attraction are the truly eccentric staff who would give Joyce Grenfell a run for her money. Very friendly and accommodating albeit a little strange. Bari is... More

we called in late on a Saturday afternoon, and the place was warm and cosy. the staff were lovely and even though they had stopped serving food they rustled us up something anyway. the choice of tea is great and the soup was lovely. will definitely visit again if I'm in the area. couldn't fault anything.
