Small but interesting cafe

Huge variety of teas available here and to buy the leaves to take away. We had afternoon tea for £10 for two which was good value. Tea is served in a pot with a timer so you know when to remove the leaves in their filter bag. Fruit scones served with jam and cream or cheese scones served with... read more

Visited Bari today upon recommendation from a friend and was very impressed. There is such a wide range of teas which you can smell before you decide which one you will have. Free refill on your coffee and a yummy range of cakes. Service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

As a regular customer, I would recommend Bari Tea Brewery to anyone. Caroline takes her tea seriously, the scones are heaven and there's a real sense of style. Dead canny service, too.

A place to relax experience a variety of teas, with a smelling wall. (You can smell all the teas beforehand.) People eating in, soup and bread or have a take out. Décor excellent and tasteful. The staff were very knowledgeable and gave us good advice. A very enjoyable break on the journey from Ipswich to Edinburgh.

If you want somewhere you can drink your favourite tea and read your favourite book this is the place for you. Staff are very friendly and I felt I could just take my time.

We visited Bari Tea just this afternoon for the first time and found a pleasant, charming atmosphere waiting for us. We had the soup, which was perfectly steamy and tasty and a pot of tea to share. I feel that people who love a good cuppa would thoroughly enjoy what's on offer and would appreciate the owners vision the shop.... More

We visited here based on TA reviews and it certainly lived up to the glowing reviews. The atmosphere is relaxing, the tea of the highest quality and backed up with some very tasty soup. The owner was friendly and hospitable, and really deserves the success she has made of this place. Next time we're in town, we'll definitely pop in... More
