Only booked b+b but ended up having lunch and evening meal as well, excellent room and food, would definitely recommend
We ate here twice during a recent stay in Alnwick. First night we ate off the main menu, next night we had the carvery. Both were very good pub food. The carvery was really tasty and great value, also very popular, the place was busy for mid-week November. Good staff, friendly and efficient and food arrived quickly. Recommended.

Delicious food, high end for a pub, in lovely traditional pub atmosphere. Highly recommended, particularly if staying at Aln House opposite.

Especially good value is the early bird menu and carvery at £10 for two courses.... More
