Even though the pub was very quiet (joys of going out mid week on a cold, wet and windy January evening) the atmosphere was lovely helped along by friendly staff. I had... read more

Had a pre-booked Sunday lunch with 5 adult family members and, as usual, the food was very good pub fayre. My wife and I popped in for lunch based on a recommendation from a work colleague. Easy to find, loads of parking and nice village setting. CAMERA real ale pub awards and home cooked food not microwave rubbish. The open fire in the bar is a treat on a cold day!
