Gluten free menu at Bettys Northallerton

Just been to Bettys with friends. Unable to join them with sandwiches but did get a separate GF menu from which to choose. Had salmon omelette which was very nice. Slightly disappointed that they had run out of meringues but waitress found me some chocolate swiss torte (think that correct name... read more

We have been twice on our way to Middlesbrough and back to see the family. This involves leaving Kent at 5:00am and stopping for breakfast on the way up and at a more civilized hour on the way back back. We have eaten lots of lovely food but the kedgeree is fantastic. Lovely manageress, very nice waiting staff. This is... More

Arrived 11.30am to avoid lunch rush, but still there was a queue at this very popular venue Palm court décor and silver service added to the experience for a wonderful meal. Families and disabled catered for .On exiting I did hear the Maitre D warning ( in a nice way ) the children had to behave.

Enjoyed a tasty meal from the special board. The staff were polite and eager for us to enjoy dinning with them. My first visit but won't be my last.

A friend and I went for Afternoon Tea at Betty's Northallerton. The service was slow. We had our pot of tea and hot chocolate first. By the time the food was brought to the table, my drink was almost finished. The lovely young lady who served the tea came and said that they had run out of tea cakes and... More

Betty's has a reputation for quality and service, and you will not be disappointed in either if you head to Betty's. Sure, it isn't the cheapest venue to eat at, but it's great for a treat, the food is delicious, and there is lots of choice on the menu. Always happy to go back here.

Although it was busy this is more relaxing than Betty's in Harrogate and the tables seem further apart. The tea and cakes were wonderful and the service was first class. Its somewhere we could go every week but its 250 miles away unfortunately

Called in for a light lunch and were not disappointed. Had a lovely table in the Palm Room and the quality of our sandwiches was first class. Not the cheapest place to eat but why price quality? Will definitely return.

We enjoyed an afternoon treat in Betty's with lovely cakes and drinks in this exquisite Georgian styled tea room. Service was as usual very good, though the maître d does give off a suitably superior vibe! As long as you are prepared to dig deep when the bill arrives this continues to be a worthwhile treat
