A lovely lunch in a lovely building in a picturesque market town. Excellent service, lovely food. A must do if in the area. The shop is beautiful too full of festive cakes and biscuits at the time we visited.

What a pleasure to be shown to a table, given a menu and latter to have the order taken and eventually served by a waitress in tradition waitress attire. Service ambiance and food of the highest standard and a reminder of how things really can be even for a morning coffee break. Not to be missed, is the traditional Betty's... More

This was our first trip to s Bettys, it was ok. My cake wasn't brilliant, our tea was good and our waiter was friendly. Downside my cup had a crack, the dishes in general just didn't look clean and overall I feel it was like an afternoon tea for tourists (fake experience which isn't done brilliantly)

I meet up with an old work colleague every 6 weeks or so for lunch mid week and the service is always professional and attentive. You never feel rushed in a... More

Went here for brunch and had one of the best eggs benedict I've ever had, will be returning. Staff looked smart and were really friendly.

Always marvellous. The staff, the food and the ambiance all very good. If there's a Betty's in town, that's the place for us.

We visited on a Saturday lunchtime in January. We had to wait in the queue for approx 15 minutes but it was well worth the wait. The service was exemplary, they made you feel very special. We ordered 2 main courses and while my prawn and salmon rosti was a little on the small size, it was delicious. My husbands... More

Betty's never fails to impress Perfectly cooked muffin with scrambled egg and bacon. Beautiful mince pies a Christmas speciality with excellent coffee and hot chocolate made just how my very picky daughter likes it. Service and food excellent.
