The title says it all. Quality ought to be good because the prices have crept up. I found the staff members, including the man who owns it, very helpful. I took advantage of the fee wifi but it is slow - this may not be their fault, I don't know.

Had avoided for years as Little Chef used to be rubbish, but my they've improved. We had dinner one evening and breakfast the next morning. The food is freshly prepared these days and tasty. The coffee is good and the staff really friendly! I took take away back to the travelodge for my wife and they even offered to lend... More

We stopped looking for a light snack. Since the Burger King in the same building did not offer much that we considered healthy, we opted for the Little Chef. We were pleased to find a tasty tuna salad on the menu; about as good as what we make at home. All ingredients were fresh.

We arrived at around 8am as we had been staying at the travelodge. We were greeted by a rather unpleasant lady who obviously hates her job with the public. The room was empty apart from one gentlemen sat at a table.I mentioned I would like a table by the window..so she sat us as far away as possible. We enquired about... More

When travelling we often like to have a late breakfast at one of the many Little Chefs still in existence. Some are more tired than others but, not having been to this one on the A64 for many years, we were pleasantly surprised. The place was in good condition, busy and our Olympic and Early Starter breakfasts were both great.... More

We walked in from the Travelodge on the same site, which is convenient. Service and attitude was a little grey, but the food was prepared soon enough. Rather simple fare, with limited options, but fine for a quick start to the day. Only one waitress, so if it had been busier it could have been a lot slower. Great thing... More

Lovely little place, we popped in on our weekend away trip and it was one of the nicest motorway side places I've been to in a while! Being disabled I had to use the toilet which can be hit and miss but it was very accessible and the toilets were lovely and clean (disabled Loo's often get forgotten!)so that was... More

I was appalled at the cost of a cup of tea & a bacon sandwich,& the size of the sandwich was very small. I work in a city center & I am used to high prices but this was a bit of a joke & not value for money. its safe to say i wont be visting the little chef... More
