Reasonable food at reasonable prices

Visited here for lunch on 29th December I had breakfast muffin which consisted of two poached eggs and bacon on a muffin with a latte. I enjoyed the food though I prefer my poached eggs at home more runny. My husband had a sausage and mushroom on toast, the sausage was the standard processed type... read more

We called in for a bite to eat before exploring the town. For the prices it's a nice enough place, but the food is simple and traditional, so don't expect fancy fare. The staff were friendly and helpful. I can see why some folk leave bad reviews, as the décor is tired and the place has a feel of 10... More

Looked ok from the outside and menu was also ok. However, dirty tables, staff more interested in chatting amongst selves than taking orders, waitress didnt even have a clue or pen, eventually ordered only to be told 5 minutes later that they had just sold the last portion. They said they had had a run on that this very day.... More

Molly's is style over substance! The setting is lovely and the menu looks idea for a little bite to eat. It after a club sandwich and chips, omelette and chips, a diet coke and a cordial I am £17 worse off and can work out what I got for my money. I certainly won't be rushing back.

We stopped for a couple of hours in Clitheroe on our way home from a short holiday in Chester. We came across this little cafe by accident. What a lucky find. I chose a chicken and stuffing sandwich which was served with a delicious salad and a generous handful of crisps. My other half had crumpets and coffee which were... More

Went here instead of a large chain! Pleasant staff and good prices. Not suitable for people who cannot climb stairs as the toilets are at the top of a steep flight of stairs.

OK food and service. Busy on day we visited. Good selections of sandwiches, décor faded and not much atmosphere.
