Fun and simple meal out.

Sometimes you just need to have a simple no frills meal and keep the kids entertained. This Brewers Fayre is the ideal place, it's cheap, the food is good, and the kids love to play. The staff offer friendly and efficient service even when it's busy.

I absolutely love coming here. The staff just can't do enough for you. I spend time in the play area with the little one. The staff make everything so easy to make your time enjoyable and stress free. The menu has changed and changed for the better. Lucy the manager has so much time for her customers. It really is... Disappointed when I visited with friends and their children after a christening. Would not serve any lunchtime food on a Sunday. Very expensive for microwave food. Good for children as they enjoy the play area. Only good point I would say is they serve Costa Coffee on refill so would go back again for a coffee.

We had a family get-together here on 20th December (6 adults, 2 children) The staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful. The festive menu (three courses) was really good and excellent value for money. Bit of a long wait between starter and main course but this didn't spoil a lovely afternoon. The children had a great time in the play area.... More

The food was pretty poor. The fish and chips still had skin on fish. The fish pie was full of peas with little or no variation of fish. The chicken biriyarni was dry and the rice was in big clumps. The burger was over cooked. The breakfast was also poor. The eggs were very small and with hard yolk and... More

We attended a special 80th birthday celebration meal. What a complete waste of time, the speed of taking the orders was appalling , we had to order individually at the bar, they would not send anyone to take orders for the group of 30 or so. Then we had to wait for the food which was over an hour, and when... More
