Breakfast only

Pretty average breakfast, hard eggs and dry bacon. Very quick service and friendly staff. Just average quality food. Maybe better at night

We eat here very regularly. The value for money- 3 course meal 12pm-6.30pm is excellent value. It can get very busy during the week especially during school holidays. My partner and myself went at weekend- we had a combo starter to share -£9 and we couldn't eat our mains. I have a members card and get money off regularly. I... More

Additional sauces although ordered never came & I had to ask where the main course was after a long wait. After talking to the manager I... More

We used to eat regularly at the Queen Vic as food and service was really good. However, over the last few months, the menu has changed...prices higher...portions smaller and the menu items inferior to what they were. A lot of the regular waitresses are no longer there and service has suffered. Tonight we ordered the smothered chicken which had changed... More

We visit the queen Vic regularly with our granddaughter and mother in law. But this week we had a problem with the chicken and vegetable soup, the vegetables tasted of and were really sour. We called a member of staff over who took the soup away we were offered more soup which we refused. Twenty minutes passed and no explanation... More

Ate here whilst staying at the Premier Inn next door. Brewers Faye know what they're doing and they do it well. I had the hot buffet meal and was a good choice. Where items ran short, the chef not only quickly brought them out but also to our table. Breakfast was also efficient, and no problem when requesting additional services... More
