Went here for the Italian all you can eat buffet tonight. There were 2 adults and 2 kids and with drinks the bill came to just over £32 which I think is quite expensive for what you get. And what you got was dried up pizza, congealed ravioli, macaroni cheese with virtually no cheese and hard dough balls. On top... More

Been going to the Queen Vic for a number of years and never had a bad thing to say about it, there is generally no wait on tables and the food is always of a decent standard. The staff are polite and are helpful. The wait on food is good and the prices are good. Will continue you eat here.

We went to this restaurant ahead of visiting Burnley FC for a football match. We both went for the fish and chips (as we hadn't had them for a while). Not too bad, but portions could have been larger. The let down came with the dessert. Again, we both went for the same; lemon meringue pie. Possibly the worst we've... More

If this is 'Brewers' fayre, then there will be a lot if disappointed brewers. Prawn cocktail lacked any inspiration and would full of really chunky lettuce, not nice strips. Bread that came with it seemed part-toasted, so had been sitting under the warmers for a while. Gammon steak and fried eggs for main course, which was a slab of gammon,... More

I dont normally visit these type of places but with visiitng relatives having young children with them we decided it was the best place to go so they could play in the childrens play area. We were found a table very quickly, as there were 9 of us, with a helpful member of staff. We decided what we all wanted... More

I was staying at the Premier Inn next door while away on business. Usually I'd find a local Indian but due to a stressful journey and late arrival I took advantage of the meal deal when checking in (dinner, breakfast & drink for £22) The bar staff were rude, unhelpful and as far away from a cheering greeting as you... I read the reviews regarding the pub before I visited, some good some bad. So this week I visited on the hamburger and hot-dog night to see for myself. I paid £6.99 and sat down with my wife. Close to us was a young family with a male and female adult, and 4 child in the age group 4 to... More
