I was surprised by this little out of town restaurant. My friend who lives in Burnley visited this restaurant before and told me the food was really nice but service was a bit of a problem. It wasn't at all! It was actually very good! The waiter was friendly and welcoming. The food on sizzling plate was hot and tasty.... More

We went with friends for an evening meal, the restaurant was warm and friendly, service very attentive and a wide choice of set meals and individual dishes. The meal was very hot, plentiful and tasty. It is a few while since we went for a meal to this restaurant, however, we will be going again in the very near future... More

It took a while for us to try this place but once we did, it's the only Chinese/Cantonese we use! It is a little more pricey than the restaurants in town but you really get what you pay for. I think it has a food hygiene rating of 5 which is always a bonus. It's a shame it doesn't deliver... More

I visited the Beijing restaurant in January of 2014 for my birthday. I had visited previously approx 8 years ago but on a Sunday. We went this time on a Friday and was a little apprehensive based on some of the reviews. The food was fine if a little small portion wise and the wine was, even by restaurant standards... More

The best Chinese food in East Lancs. Great value, great service, great food. Love it. My grown up kids love it too - we always come here for family celebrations.

On passing we decided to eat here. We got the fixed menu for 2 at£13.95 per head. Not only was the food expensive but it was poor standard. Very disappointed to say the least!! We don't mind paying extra for good food but this defiantly wasn't. I have have tasted better food at a takeaway. I am suprised that this... More

After being a regular customer for years and spending an awful lot of money at Beijing every few weeks, I will not be returning. Echoing some of the other reviews on Trip Advisor; terrible customer service on more than one occasion. Apparently prawn crackers are no longer free and instead cost £2.40! This in itself was not an issue, but... More

Very disappointed after being a regular customer for 4-5 years. Food was just average and smaller portions too. None of the staff smile a seven a drink takes an age to arrive. What happen?? It was the best around.
